Horrible. Not a single person in our table of 8 enjoyed their meal. Pastas are all bagged microwave garbage. The prices & appearance of the place is a bait & switch. I had a double order of Pasta Aglio E Olio, which is an extremely easy dish to make. What I recieved was NOT that. I meant to take a picture of the pasta before I seasoned it, but you can still tell that pasta is NOT freshly boiled. The texture & consistancy was dry & flavorless. NO red flakes, NO olive oil, & NO garlic. Not to mention, my mother had swollen hands in the morning after eating what she described as an over-salted salad. For anyone that can cook or has eaten food that was freshly prepared, you can tell the difference. Will not be going back to this place.

As soon as I entered, I didn’t like the vibes. It was empty on a Friday night, and the servers took a while to attend me even though it was empty. The food was not the best. It was very overpriced for what you get. The pasta would’ve been better at The Cheesecake Factory. Unfortunately, I personally wouldn’t come back.

I’m really shocked by my experience at Maggiano’s in Boca. First when my husband and I walked in the hostess was texting on her phone and told us she’d be “with us in a minute.” Really? Then, we were seated and it took about five minutes to get a server to come to the table for our drink order. Definitely not off to a good start. My husband was ready to get up and leave, but being from the restaurant industry before I said, let’s give him a chance. Well, then the food came. The calamari was okay, but my chicken piccata was floating in heavy cream. Obviously way too much. My husband was just okay with his dish. Getting a second round of drinks delivered in time didn’t happen. I asked to speak to the manager and he was a no show. I get it they were busy, but the staff was rude, food was bland, tasteless and they lost two customers at any location.
