Sat in the bar, it was busy and took a little while to get our food. We tried their crawfish special and weren’t disappointed. Good for your basic crawfish fix, not too spicy. The crab leg clusters seemed a little overcooked and were really soft. The garlic sausage was good. The Sandia Rita was good.
I wouldn’t personally order their crawfish again and haven’t tried any other menu items

The food was well-seasoned and cooked through. Good portions. But the service was impeccable! Our server was attentive and patient. It was our new time. They were preparing for a big party and all the servers were planning and talking about how they would split the work. Very professional.

My server, Tea, was absolutely amazing! Her service was excellent from start to finish, and I have no complaints at all. She really took great care of me and my boyfriend when we dined in. Tea was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The environment was great as well — very welcoming with a super friendly staff. Overall, we had an awesome experience and would definitely come back!

We came here with our two young kids for lunch and were greeted warmly from all the staff members. Our server, Ms. Kittina, was exceptional! Very friendly and attentive; provided great service. It’s always tough to find a restaurant to eat with our young kids but we definitely found a gem to go to now— BB’s Montrose is the place to go! Ms. Kittina was sweet and patient with our kids and made us feel welcomed. Will recommend BB’s Montrose to all our friends and family 🙂

Came Monday night and the food was delicious. Tee our waiter was great and let us know about specials such as $5 dollar margaritas on Monday and a seafood boil special. Great service and great food.

WOW . We’ve been to BB’s before, .. but we were so surprised to find the original location .. What a huge difference between this location and the others. It’s WAY BETTER!!
The absolute best thing is the service!! Candice is one of the best servicers we had at any restaurant in the whole country!! Seriously!!
We started with a dozen raw oysters, .. so delicious and fresh!!
I got the chicken and waffles . Super delicious… My wife got the wings .
She loved it!! Our friend got the shrimp salad .. and she raved !!
The decor is nice and bright. Trey had a similar theme to all the other BB:s Tex-Orleans.
The hours are very different here as well as the menu differences .. I think they said they were open till 3am!!

The food and service was great! I forgot our waiters name but he had just transferred to that location from my understanding. He was great and made sure we had everything we needed.

Aug 1st at around 8:30-9:00pm we showed up for dinner. While the food and the drinks were very enjoyable. The service was very lacking. Don’t know if the young man was new or not. We were not greeted. We eventually sat ourselves. Our waiter forgot about our waters and our drinks and it seemed like it took about 35 to 40 minutes for us to receive our food. And he did not come and check in on us. Our appetizers came out with our entrees. And the manager talked to every other table, but ours. The oysters were good. The trio sample was good. The potatoes had no seasoning, and the corn had no seasoning whatsoever. The brisket fries and the cheese dip were very good. We had to let them know that we don’t eat pork because it’s actually pork in there Beans. Overall, the food was good.The service just needs improvement.
