We ordered food for pickup. The meal came with a regular fry and I ordered an additional large fry. Once we got it in the car, we realized the large fry wasn’t in the bag. I sent my son in to grab it. When we got home, there was the same amount of fries in the regular order as the large order and they were so old and burnt tasting, we could barely eat them. The chicken also seemed to have been fried in old grease as they were really dark and burnt tasting.

Update a year later: Shay, she is exceptional, takes ownership and initiative as a wonderful waitress.
The food was ok. We were in a hurry so we didn’t make any formal complaints as we were just there for a quick meal.
My son got the boneless wings, Caribbean jerk and another flavor. While I didn’t care for the flavors, he really enjoyed them. The wings were barely hot oven temp wise- not hot like one would expect but cooked all the way. The fries and tater tots were hot fresh and delicious, especially the tots.
The chili burger I got was simple and just enough flavor to pull it off. I wouldn’t order it again.
To be fair I’ve never been a fan of BWW but accompany those who do enjoy this establishment. Shay made the visit worth it with her amazing customer service and taking care of the customer before we could even ask! The food may not win me over but Shay and her service definitely did.
One year ago: Food was pretty decent on this trip, service had lots of room for improvement as the service was slow and not really on point.
The appetizer sampler was great, the nachos are delicious. The sampler and so wings are plenty for a table to share and be full.

Teressa are server was amazing!!!!!! She not only took care of us. But I did notice how she gave the same great service to all around us!!!!! Cheesesteak was great for me and my son had a burger he said was the best ever

Ordered food at 7:30pm on Saturday. Restaurant was partially empty, not busy at all. Food was supposed to be ready at 8:02. 845 pm they bring me HALF THE ORDER and say have a good day. Thank god I checked at the counted. Brings me back the other half and only half of THAT was there. $70 for food. No ranch. Incorrect food, and a 1.5 hour total wait for food. We get home – food is all terrible. And the boneless they tried to short me by 7 pieces on was BURNED to a crisp and disgusting. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND photo is boneless bites we can’t even get our teeth through.

The store was a bit crowded for the World Series, so table serving was decent, but not impressive. I moved to the bar where the service improved a great deal! There were 18 innings of baseball that evening & the staff was kind, helpful, and accommodating the entire night & I was there from about 5:20-ish to almost 2 a.m. when the game was over (you don’t leave while your team is still on the field ). I’ve had take out a couple of times, and I think the best option is to sit at the bar. The screens are fantastic and you can catch nearly every sporting event from anywhere in the store. They have TV screens set up so that comfortable viewing is had from every vantage point. I will definitely visit this location again!

We had doughy “fried pickles” waitress was no where to be found. Didn’t get appetizers till we got our food, and had to ask for them. Strawberry lemonade didnt come till we were about to leave. Husband got everything on his burger he asked not to have. Had to get up out of our seats and ask someone who wasn’t our waitress for forks. Didn’t get our veggies with our food till reminded. Basically never again this was so ridiculous and me and my husband BOTH are dealing with food poisoning. Also as we were leaving they tried to give us someone else’s order.

First time eating at a Buffalo Wild Wings and was asked to wait outside in the cold for over a half an hour. We decided to at least watch the Packers game while we were waiting outside, because they had it airing on their TVs in the outside dining area….two workers came outside within a few minutes of each other didn’t let us know how much longer our wait would be or apologize for the long wait or anything! ( They pretended to clean empty tables! ) Instead they went inside and sent a manager out like we were loitering when we were waiting like we were asked to do. Finally a SECOND manager did her job and got us a table almost forty minutes later and after being treated like we were loitering! Was definitely not impressed with the service or staff, but at least the food was good!

Mediocrity at its finest! No one expects a fine dining experience when you order from Buffalo wild wings. But I watched my delivery driver sit in their parking lot for 15 minutes, after they had already had 15 minutes to prep the order. And you think with 30 minutes to get 20 glorified chicken nuggets together, you would at least get the order right. But no, now I sit, in my kitchen, eating the smallest chicken nuggets I’ve ever seen, with no French fries. Not the worst $30 I’ve ever spent but boy will I not be wasting $30 the same way ever again.

AWESOME!!!! AWESOME!!!! The atmosphere was amazing!!! The staff were electric and so helpful!! Big Mike is his name!!! The smash burgers were so juicy and messy that it melted in your mouth!!!!! The wings came out and they were perfect!!! The sauce was amazing and your teeth sunk right in!!!!! Will come back for another round someday!!!!!!

The server basically forgot my 12 year old son.
Didn’t serve his drink and didn’t order his food. My son orders his burger as a personal item, so he builds his own. His THIRD burger was still wrong, he went home hungry!! Manager came by asked ” is there a problem here?”….are you freaking kidding me? She shook her head while walking away. The Togo person was the most help in the whole restaurant. Tab was $153….NO TIP! HORRIBLE experience, no wonder there was no wait to eat! As you can see from the pics there zero pressuring or clearing dirty glasses or dishwasher. Bathroom had black ants and it was not kept. I am one that believes the restroom is a window into the kitchen, I would bet they couldn’t pass an inspection by the company or the health department!
To bad you can’t give a ZERO STAR.
