One other note: they charged a surcharge for using a credit card. However 1) We weren’t warned (per law, it should be posted at point of entry and at point of sale, and should be shown as a separate line item on the bill) and 2) They illegally applied to the fee to a debit card. Legally that surcharge is for credit cards, not debit.
I love the ambiance and
attention to details in everything – from music choices to fresh flowers on the tables and lovely decor… You will love it! When I go there, I feel like I’m back in Europe!
Im glad we have Bradbury Bistro in Anderson!
A massive thank you to Tracy, the manager, who was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She was calm, professional, and took all the stress off our shoulders. The service staff was equally awesome—attentive, friendly, and quick to help with every little detail. Thank you for making our special day so perfect!
We loved all the plates we had. The fries were delicious (I loved the shaved Parmesan), the flatbread was really good, the beef was hearty (it was probably the least “refined” of all of them if you like a more down-to-earth meal), and the crenel brûlée was SO good. They made the creme brûlée exactly the way I like it-the sugar was caramelized without being burnt and it added a wonderful crunch. We tried 2 cocktails-the lavender-infused bees knees and the aviation. The bee’s knees was our favorite! Overall I’m very impressed and I’m glad there’s something like this in Anderson.
It was my first time eating here, and my partner and I came for dinner as a date night. The atmosphere is incredible and very well-designed. The French bistro tables are such a great touch. The host was very welcoming and the server was nice as well. If I had a negative about the experience, it would be that our server seemed to disappear for about 10-15 minutes and we didn’t get water refills. But with the quality of the food being as good as it was, I’m not letting that affect my rating.
I ordered the braised beef which was fantastic. I’ve had the same dish at an exclusive restaurant and Bradbury Bistro’s was leaps and bounds better than theirs. This was probably one of the top five best meals I’ve ever eaten. My partner got the steak and blue cheese salad and loved it! He said the steak was perfectly cooked and very rich. The spinach and artichoke dip appetizer was wonderfully creamy and so, so good. We ended our night with a couple raspberry macaroons, which, again, were some of the best I’ve ever had.
This restaurant blew us away for it to be a Wednesday night spur of the moment date night decision…we will absolutely be back, and very soon at that. I’d give 10 stars if I could!
Staff and owner are kind and attentive. Wine and drink options are delicious. I tried the lavender latte and their hot chocolate and both were delicious. Place has lots of seating! Food options are not available yet but are soon to come. The line moves fast and the orders come quickly 🙂 music they play is beautiful.
100/10 recommend if you’re looking for a drink with friends in a cute spot.
