Everyone on tonights shift was on their game, thanks for all the hard work, lobby was clean and in order, Team member BJ was friendly and cleaned the entire dining area. How hard is it to get an order right? Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese is not a Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese. Lets try providing the drinks ordered to the person who ordered and not give half the order to the wrong person. These are the people wanting $15/hr. You can’t get basics right. Let’s properly earn the minimum wage before you expect more reward.

Start with I tried ordering in the app which wouldn’t work, so we went inside. Ordered using the kiosk which did not provide us with a receipt. While standing waiting I observed what I was told was the manager (and young hispanic/latina woman) yelling at a young man who works there carrying food to customers. She was rude as can be every time he told her he needed something. All somethings that SHE left out of the orders as she was the one bagging the food. Get to my order and see theres two sandwiches missing from my order as well. And what do you know, she’s nasty to him again when he tells her he needs the sandwiches.
Kudos to this young man bc I would have dropped everything and walked out and told her to clean up her own mess since she wants to he so nasty. In all this young man was the only thing decent about this experience.

Ordered pickup through the app. Very easy and convenient. I was pleasantly surprised at not only the speed of service, but wow, my burger was awesome! It was hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff member that delivered it to me was very friendly as well. If McDonald’s was this good all the time, I would eat it more often!

Sigh! After all night fishing, we were ready for breakfast! We arrived at 4:10am. They told us, they stopped lunch/dinner at 4am and breakfast was still being made, to wait 10mins and come back around. While we waited the 10mins, we placed our order on the app. We went back through drive thru at 4:20am, just to be given the same speech but now it’s a 15-20mins wait or if we didn’t want to wait, our money would be refunded in an hour. We finally got our food at 4:45am, 35mins after arriving. It’s Saturday morning, do better please!

I asked for 3 burgers, no pickles. They printed the labels NO PICKLES for only 2 of them. All 3 came with pickles. When you reheat one of these burgers with pickles, it becomes so hot that it burns your mouth. Not a pleasant experience.
The guy taking my ordering ran off in a huff because he couldn’t figure out the machine, someone came to fix it without saying hello. Another person just standing behind the guy taking the order. I guess someone being trained.
No “Sorry, there’s an issue with the machine, give me one moment please” just gone.
It took 2, or 3, people to take my order and they got it wrong.

The employees are always nice, but during rush hour it can take a good minute to get your food. The drive through lanes are complete chaos.

Visited during a morning rush and service was pretty slow overall. While others seemed distracted by their phones (someone was literally on FaceTime) or arguing with each other, the man with the red beard at the cash register was the only one really hustling. He was running around trying to keep up with orders and clearly working hard to keep things moving. Just wanted to give him a shoutout – he deserves it.

Im so sick of this McDonalds. My wife and I were extremely disappointed by our visit. We went through the drive through and off the bat the girl who took our order had an attitude. After we get our food I started checking to make sure everything was there and I had to go in to get the collectable that was supposed to come with the Minecraft Meal. This would have been whatever, the girl i spoke with was nice but it seemed like the manager (?) had an issue and an attitude about it. After I got home to eat i get to one of my burgers and its sloppy and looks literally thrown together (see picture below), they skimped half of one of our fries and the nuggets were stale, like had the same feel as week old bread. We were highly disappointed and will NOT be coming back to this location.

Came in and it was quiet. I came in and ordered the McGriddle and biscuit because of the monopoly game going on, they didn’t have the stickers on there when it said on the app it was apart of the deal. I went up to the counter to ask about it and they person up front gave me the most dumbfounded stare, said “I don’t know” and left without assistance
