Found this place on our mini-honeymoon and we kept coming back! Food was good, atmosphere right on the water is beautiful, and the service was fantastic. They had a dog menu that our dogs absolutely loved. Hodel had a fire playlist going, and two people we met even paid for our meal because we just got married. My favorite place hands down on our entire trip. Great food, great people, great atmosphere!

Happy birthday to me! Wow what a wonderful experience!
They made me a excellent custom order breakfast, chicken and biscuits. Sitting dockside in the sunshine. It doesn’t get better than this.

First time visiting out of town. Our experience was amazing I don’t have the words for it. Our waiter so so friendly and offered several suggestions that did not disappoint! Also the most perfect place to catch a sunset!

We came here for lunch today. The view is beautiful and the restaurant was very clean.
The menu was quite a bit smaller than the one we saw online I tried to order a frozen margarita. The bartender came out and told me that he couldn’t do a lime margarita, only flavored or it wouldn’t taste good. I appreciate that he came out to talk, but I don’t understand how a lime margarita is difficult to make. I ended up ordering a vodka cranberry and it was not the best.
I had the southwest chicken bites. They weren’t what I expected, but were pretty good. My husband ordered the smash burger. It didn’t appear to be a smash burger as it was pretty thick and pink inside.
We also both felt a little sick a few hours after.

Brunch by the lake…that sounds like a fantastic morning does it not?? Visit the Hatch to enjoy delicious brunch entrees and mimosa towers served next to a beautiful view of the lake. Drive up, walk up, or pull your boat up to the dock! There is seating inside as well as a large patio for outdoor dining. Because this place is so popular, expect to have a short wait for your table if you visit during busy times. Walk along the water or feed the fish while you wait, I promise any wait here is worth it!

Couple of us ate breakfast here and it was ok. Wasn’t anything special about the food and portions on the small side. Definitely on the higher end of pricing for what it is. Great friendly service and nice views but I doubt we’ll go back beings the food was mediocre at best and prices weren’t inline with the actual quality of the food. Spent approximately $30 per person and a simple cup of what seemed to be Folgers coffee was $6.
While not waterfront the Pancake house or first watch in Osage beach has this place beat hands down in all categories imo!

Kind of a mixed review here. First let me say the food was really good as far as taste. The problem is the portions were incredibly small for the price paid. My breakfast burrito was $15 & came with no toast, no side, just a medium sized burrito. My friend got their Haystack & the entire meal could have fit on a coaster, again at a price of $15! The service was incredibly slow also which was another off putting aspect of our visit. The Irish coffee I ordered did have great flavor though so no complaint there. I will say the views from the outside patio overlooking the lake are fantastic so that does help the atmosphere. The Hatch is some place I might visit once or twice a year but overall there are much better & filling places to eat at the Lake of the Ozarks area.

Chill vibes and lovely outdoor/waterfront experience. However, I ordered the breakfast “Croissanwich” without the meat (asked for a slice of tomato instead) and I ended up with a sandwich that was not only *not* a croissant with *no* tomato, but also had quite a bit of sausage mixed in with the egg. Since they were very mixed and cooked together, I couldn’t even remove the sausage from the sandwich. We didn’t have another 20 minutes to send it back or re-order, so I ate the bread and one of my husband’s eggs, ha.

Went here on recommendation for an early lunch. It did not disappoint. Even in the heat today, w the fans they have placed, it was comfortable and great to be over the water and watch the carp and turtles. Spicy margarita was spot on!! Wonderful waitress. Food had great presentation, and flavor. As kamp hosts for Osage Beach, we will be recommending this fun little spot!!
