Just do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. When you place a pre-order for a specific delivery time, ordered at 12 for delivery at 4, and at 415 its not there and the tracker is telling you it will be there between 447 and 457 you lose my business. A couple of minutes off is understandable, things happen but, you had 4 hours to make and send this order….Then you call to find out what is going on and get this sad excuse of a manager on the phone who gives you attitude and tries to start a fight with you. You manage a pizzeria not a fortune 500 company, relax..I pay for a service, my expectation is to receive said service..Just like all the other reviews say, rude, disrespectful. Then your order arrives…whole separate review for that needed. Thank God for corporate.

Dominos food is fine.
Every single time I come to pick up my food the drivers use the handicap ramp as a parking spot, dispute a completely empty parking lot. Completely blocking the ramp and access to the businesses.
As a disabled veteran this is one of my pet peeves. I say something when I’m in the store, I’ve emailed the owner, I’ve reached out to customer service. But to no avail. These are the most inconsiderate rude drivers I’ve even seen.

This store should be shut down!!! The delivery drivers are very good, never deliver the order correctly the. You have to deal with a very rude store manger that insults the customer over the phone and refuses to refund your money. WARNING DONT ORDER FRON THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CURSED AT!!!!

Terrible experience! The person on the phone was extremely rude, swearing nonstop and lying about the delivery. They even stole our food and refused to deliver it on purpose! This place should be shut down — absolutely disgusting behavior. Stay away from this store!

I placed a order online for two pies at 9:05pm . I saw on website my pies were done at 9:17 and were getting quality inspection. I called at 9:42 because it still said quality inspection and spoke to a gentleman who said pies will be there in two minutes. I received pies warm at 10:00. I tried to leave review on their website but they never updated that I received the delivery . I would rather hear the truth then be lied to about the delivery ( I paid 48 dollars to receive the order quickly,website said estimate of 27 minutes for delivery) the picture below was taken at 10:35pm ,website still not updated.

I ordered food and it was horrible. I received pasta with hot sauce, that I did not ask for. I ordered feta and cheese flatbread and received a regular pie that had way extra cheese with garlic and salt. I called and the young lady who answered was completely rude and hung up on me after I asked if she can make me another pasta. I went to the store, it was right before midnight. I asked her to make me another and she cursed me out over and over before she finally made another. The customer service is horrible, and the res of the food was disgusting.

On Sat March 22, 2025 I ordered a 16″ NY Style pizza with extra cheese and an order of 16 parmesan bites. They made the pizza wrong so we had to wait for them to make another one. The second one was awful. It was not a NY Style pizza. It did not have extra cheese and it was overdone. It was a simple order and they could not get it right after 2 tries. Where is the quality control in this location? I will NEVER go to this location again unless they hire new employees.

Horrible Customer Service. The driver sat in the same spot a minute away from my home for 45 minutes. No one in the store could get in contact with the driver told the supervisor on duty to cancel my order. 20 minutes later the driver shows up at my door, I turned him away. Waited over an hour for him to get to my house and watched him sit in the same location for 40 minutes. Spoke to the Manager Ehab and got nothing but attitude and I am the customer. No regard for his paying and a Domino’s loyal customers. I will never be ordering from this location ever again. If I have to go pick it up, I will rather pick it up then go to this location.
