The food is always very good! The service is wonderful! They are always very friendly and we normally do a call in order and it doesn’t take long at all for them to get our order prepared. I mainly enjoy the chicken hibachi, but my son loves their sushi and says it’s always fresh and taste great!

I usually don’t write reviews on restaurants but what my wife and I experienced today, I have to speak. Before coming to this restaurant I have read great reviews and I’m also a fan of Japanese Cuisine. When my wife and I arrived we were escorted to our table and ordered drinks. We made our orders and waited for our food. After receiving our food, the food was very bland and cold. I ordered the steak and shrimp and my food was barley warm. My vegetables were cold. My wife told me that her plate of food was cold and bland as well. I told our server if they could redo our meals. The server was very non-chalant and lazy about correcting a mistake. The server reluctantly took our food back and we got new meals. The second meal was about as worst as the first meal. While trying to eat our dinner, one of the empolyees opened the back door and allowed cold air to come into the direction of us eating our meal. I tried to locate an employee to ask if they could close the door because I don’t want my wife or myself to get sick or get cold but no one was there. I asked for my bill and there was no one who could work the regisiter. We finally paid for our meal and complained to one of the employees about the bland food, lack of service. All the employee said was “sorry” but did not follow up with anything else. This is the first and last time we will ever step foot in this sorry place of business.

This place Doesn’t meet the reviews!!!! Food was bland, cold and not worth the price. I don’t know how all these restaurants in Davidson county gets the high reviews when the food isn’t better than boxed freezer food.
Waitress we had couldn’t even speak clear English, and neither I or my wife could understand what she was saying, she dropped the food off and never came back. Had to ask another waitress for condiments none are on the table .We had to go to the register to get our bill. Place was kinda dirty and we’re not going back!

Wonderful little restaurant! The sushi was delicious and the staff was very helpful and attentive. I will return!
My only complaint would be that the pepper chicken and rice dish was a bit bland. And the salad was just coursly chopped iceberg lettuce with a single slice of tomato and cucumber. The ginger dressing was good though.

Love this place but couldn’t even get service tonight, after they took my name and several others someone else just started seating people I waited at least 15-20 minutes for a table. The only reason I wouldn’t rate today’s experience a 1 star is because of the older man that either runs the place or owns it because if he was there we 100% would have been taken care of. He is the only reason we will be back.

The chicken in both our chicken and steak orders was overcooked and their fried rice is very subpar.
The service was great thought.
You guys should do better. Your prices aren’t cheap and you also charge more when we pay with debit/credit.

I really wanted to write this place higher because me and my fiance love going here regularly. But I don’t know what has been up with them lately. The portion sizes are way smaller. My fiance was so disappointed tonight because his plate was completely unacceptable. (Gonna post picture of said plate). They are usually right on top of it I ask the guy ringing me up Did he make sure he put two shrimp sauces in the bag because you’re supposed to get one with each plate, he told me yes… But there was only one shrimp sauce me and my fiance had to fight over it lol. But no the food’s great we love going here but they’ve been slacking a lot here lately I’m sad I couldn’t write them any higher than three stars.
