Outstanding brisket. Mac and cheese was amazing- worth a visit for that. Beans were also excellent. Some might flinch at the price, but with the current price of worthy brisket and their portions, price is fair. Worth it if you’re a bbq fan. They use local smoke wood which adds a unique flavor. 1 plate is probably enough for 2 people in most cases.

Had their 12 hr smoked brisket sandwhich. It was amazing! Like melt in your mouth brisket. Absolutely delicious. Service was awesome. Favorite thing about the food truck atmosphere is that you get to talk to people, joke around and have a light hearted experience with great food. 10000% recommend for top tier BBQ, generous messy (only way to eat bbq) portions, && great atmosphere. I should have gotten the names of the people who made our food and took our order… I didn’t but they’re very sweet && add to the light hearted laid back feel of it all.

Ate here twice during a recent visit to Maui! Highly recommend! I had the jerk chicken bowl! The first time it was everything I was craving and more! The chicken (we will call it a jerk bbq) was tender and delicious, over some creamy mac and cheese and some of the best baked beans I have ever had! The second time I was served by a different person other than the couple that said they own the food truck; this time it was an older woman, and I ordered the same thing. But to my surprise when I got home, there was no mac and cheese, instead it was chicken with rice and some baked beans! Though disappointed with that, I’m still giving it a 5 stars because have to give credit where credit is due!

Sooo delicious! We went to the food trucks for Thai food and ended up grabbing some stuff from here instead and omg! The food is amazing. Their Mac and cheese is so rich and delicious. The brisket was tender. The service was friendly. We will definitely be back 🙂

Brisket and ribs were fantastic!! Husband wants to know what wood was used to smoke. Sides of mac and cheese and beans were rich and wonderful. Sweet & spunky woman helped us out. Glad we found this place on our second day here. Will definitely go back!

We tried this BBQ spot in Maui and it was so good! The meat was super tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The portions were great for the price, and the sides were delicious—especially the rice and mac salad. The service was friendly, and the vibe felt relaxed and very “Maui.” Definitely worth stopping by if you’re craving something hearty and local while on the island!

We ordered 4 sandwiches: BBQ chicken, Jerk chicken, Brisket and BBQ mac-n-cheese rib, plus a large side of Mac-n-cheese and the result……..just Perfect! All were bursting with flavor from the perfect combo of meat, sauces, and toppings.
