Horrible customer service by management. I had, still have, an issue with an order, was told to file a report on line through their Al, which i did almost 2 months ago now, several times. Was told by the online social team (as they are the only ones to ever respond) that my issue had been reported to the store. It’s been a month now since corp confirmed the store has my report and contact info and I still have yet to hear back from anyone. I’ve been dealing with this issue for 2 months now and other than the online social team who doesn’t deal with complaints no human being has spoken or tried to contact me back. They obviously don’t care about their customers with horrible service like this.

I haven’t been in 3 years. Thought I would try again. Very friendly, fast, folks at the counter. The sandwich though, taste was just disappointing. I should give more stars since the service was excellent, but at the end if the food doesn’t taste good, well there you go.

Great experience with the subway artist – accurately completed an order for almost > 10 subs & with a smile in her face. The location was clean and restrooms are keyed with a pin but clean too. Plenty of parking. The subs were as expected- fresh and well portioned.

Visit this place not very often but today was a good experience.
Fm. “3” stars to “4”…. locations tend to hire many youngsters and no offense to anyone, but the lack in customer service is common. The sandwiches are delicious as well as a selection of bread. I would prefer to take out and eat from Subway any time or day instead of a sit-down restaurant because of the fresh ingredients.

Very rude and very slow service, was in their on my lunch break for 30 minutes asked the person in front of me if I could order real quick (cause they had a party of 3) and I just wanted a 6 inch sub real quick I then proceeded to get cursed out not very good buisness if you ask me

I tried to submit a review through subway but the store isn’t popping up so I will leave it here very very good customer service from this store I want to give a special shout out to Dominick (Dom) he was very sweet and showed excellent customer service he definitely deserves a raise very friendly and made some awesome sandwiches you guys definitely did good hiring him if you want a good sandwich and top notch service go to the kelso subway 20/10 for customer service and friendliness he went above and beyond to help us you won’t regret the pleasant conversation and fast service definitely recommend coming here!!!

Basic foot long sandwiches such as ham, turkey, etc. are now past the $10 mark on the menu before drinks or anything else. Subway isn’t worth that price. How about cutting the crap with all of the coupons, apps, etc. and lower your menu prices. And Subway wonders why their restaurants are empty most of the time now….
