Message for management:. All the vintage chrome in the dining area is dirty and rusting. A little attention to these details would sure make the place look nicer and the fixtures last alot longer. All the stools and chair legs are Very dirty and rusting. Love your brand. Hate to see things get run down. As a general rule, if the dining area is not being cleaned properly, the kitchen isnt cleaned and maintained well either.

This is and will always be my favorite place in the whole world. I’m literally addicted to the garlic burger. Can’t live without it. I live in Canada, and go back to Florida for that garlic burger. I’ve never had anything that good I can’t describe how heavenly it tastes. Food was absolutely amazing. I dont have this where I live. The beef tallow fries are great and much healthier. I love the Frisco. Manager was super nice, I asked about the area and he was very informative. The reason for the 4 stars is because it feels cold, you have to place your own order on kiosk and no one greets you anymore. It lost some of its luster due to covid they had to make those changes to stay open I understand.

A guy’s wife was disappointed by the chili and one employee was super helpful and offered to make her something else.
The same employee came over and gave my baby a car and coloring sheet. ❣️
The food was fresh, quick, and yummy They were generous with the cheese on our fries!
With all the change that’s happened with Steak n Shake, at least the service has stayed excellent

We love this place and go there frequently with our 4 kids. The restaurant is always clean and well taken care of and service is fast and efficient. The employees are friendly and the food is amazing. We love that we can trust that the beef and fries are healthy because of the wagyu beef and beef tallow for frying. The ice cream is even made on site with good ingredients, and the meals offer large shakes for only $2.50 that are great!
The crew that runs the Sunday shift though gives this Steak and Shake a bad name. Management should be reconsidered and some employees should no longer have a place there. Sundays are sloppy, dirty, and slow. If you are planning a visit, please do so any other day of the week for fantastic food and awesome service. We visit this location at least once a week.

The floor feels like a glue trap and it looks like the bare minimum is done in terms of kitchen cleaning. Almost certain I watched a cook wipe sweat off his head and re glove without washing hands.

Haven’t been here in years and most of it has changed. The burgers were good. Hot, fast and tasty. Same with onion rings and fries.
Ordering at a kiosk is a turn off for us and having to use a QR code for soda seems juvenile. Also the tables were sticky. Employees were friendly and not bad for what it is. Better than all the other fast food burgers for sure.

We frequent the Steak n Shake near us. This time, we went to the Merritt Island location, as we were in the area. The booths were filthy, one of the order kiosks didn’t work, we waited almost 15 minutes for our food, our burgers had way too much mustard on them, and my husband said that one stall in the men’s room was filled with feces, and the other had broken lock. I would not return to this location. The store in South Semoran in Orlando couldn’t be more different.
