Visited for a quick snack and ordered a sandwich and chicken strips with a side of fries. The food tasted good, as expected from the brand, but the medium waffle fries were disappointing — there were barely 5–6 pieces. I asked the manager if this was the normal portion, and she said yes. I didn’t expect that response from a store manager, and as someone who has visited Chick-fil-A many times, I know what the usual portion size should be.

If I were rating Tracey alone, this place would have five stars. But I had to stick to three because Tracey’s teammates SUCK. Went there today, even though I’ve heard some bad things about this location, and I have had a few bad experiences myself a long long time ago, but I decided to give it another chance (really just for proximity and convenience to buy my kids some lunch). So the first issue started off in the drive through with the girl that stood there with me while I asked questions for like 5 minutes trying to figure out the app/asking for her help, and I then realized, after paying, that she failed to scan my points. So I told a teammate when I was picking up my food and she told me I could go online I told her I didn’t want to do that, bc of the complications I was having, and asked for a manager, and she brings me Seth. Instead of acknowledging the problem, Seth instead tells me that I can just go right online and do it myself and it’ll only take a few minutes. I accept that and pull out of the drive-thru to check my food. Turns out my fries have the same amount as my children’s kid’s meals. So I go inside with just my food alone, and I am met by Tracey at the register. Tracey immediately jumped into fixing my problem. She uploaded my points right from my receipt, right there at the register, something Seth could have done but didn’t do, and didn’t offer (I didn’t know any better because it’s my first time using the app, and either way I shouldn’t have had to know, it’s literally their job to explain that or not even have to because they’re supposed to scan your points). And she also got me a large fry even though it didn’t come with my meal, for the inconvenience . So, moral of the story is, if you’re going to eat here, please do it when Tracey is on staff. Because I don’t know if anyone else is going to take care of you like this woman did. Seth is TRASH, so don’t even go to him for help. Thanks again Tracey, for fixing my issue, and I will only dine here if you are on staff. And just found out my son’s cookie is missing. It’s okay, Tracey took care of that too. Thanks, Tracey!

Places a $52 order with them to not receive the main items. I called the store and Jennifer answer asking correct spelling of my name and email just to blame uber eats because they took the payment. I informed her that the bag was sealed so even if the driver wanted to check the order they would have to break the seal taped on the bag. I know I could get a refund but it’s only partial and I would have to reorder spend more money, pay more taxes and tip again for something i’ve tipped and been taxed on without receiving. Usually Chick-Fila is a go to because of efficiency but clearly not this location or Jennifer managing the staff at the location. this is one of the reason people are doing live videos on delivered food.

The service here is always good, but whenever Becky is in the drive thru. She always makes it better. She is upbeat, kind, and genuinely welcoming, and anytime she is there it feels like five star service. Her energy really sets the tone and makes every visit better.

I very rarely eat fast food so this was the first time I stopped in over a year. I ordered a spicy chicken biscuit meal and added an extra sausage egg cheese biscuit. I received my order promptly and drive away. However at my destination I checked the bag and I did not receive the 2nd biscuit I paid for. This kind of stuff seems to happen a lot at fast food places, hence why I rarely go. Once again lesson learned to stay way.

This location is always a hit. They have such an amazing staff who is always so friendly. The wait is not long and the food is always amazing. The atmosphere (when we do go in) is always clean and my son loves to play on the equipment. It’s always clean when we go and not crowded.

The fries are sad, lots of crumbles. The sandwiches are stacked very sloppy unfortunately ( and that’s not just once that I noticed it) things were shoved in the take out bag so badly..
…I drive extra usually just to get to the chick fil in Harrisburg. That one is consistently amazing, super clean on the inside! No little tiny crumbles of fries in my fries either.

I ordered a 12 piece nugget it is well done, also a large fruit cup, & a large fries. DoorDash did not satisfy my complaint & the dasher or your business did not provided my full portions. I’m beyond upset about my food I paid $30 & only got back the $5 dollar tip. I am not pleased with the services

They didn’t put my large fry in the bag. I called the number on the receipt and held almost 30 minutes the music stopped playing a survey came on and then hung up. I called back waited another 12 minutes still couldn’t get anybody so i hung up. . This occurred 1/9/26. Just way too much to go through to be credited for messing up my order.
