The lobster boil special was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection. Yeney made the experience even better—she was friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy. She offered thoughtful menu recommendations and consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Come here if you like the atmosphere. Because the food was DISGRACEFUL. The only flavor is when you dip it in the sauce. They cook the food with clear non seasoning water than when you order it they just put it in a bag with the flavor you asked. Because of this. The meat under the seafood shell is white and unseasoned. It literally taste like paper. Every bite you have to dip it in the bag juice.
It’s a huge red flag when you order food and it comes out in less than ten minutes. That ain’t enough time to cook it.
The people that gave it more than 2 stars obviously never eaten a real seafood boil before.

Their customer service was terrible. I come here all the time.. I am a regular and never got treated the way I did. I wasn’t greeted at all. The servers rolled their eyes, spoke unkindly, treated me and my company like we were not customers. However, the bartender Alex made up for everything. He was nice and his customer service was A1. I love the bar seating! I have never had a bad experience sitting at the bar. However the servers are not it!

We were traveling for business and planned to dine here based on Google reviews. We arrived at 9:45 PM on Saturday night, February 28, 2026. The restaurant’s hours are open until 11:00. When we arrived, the hostess acted annoyed when I asked for a table for two. She up and abruptly said, “We stopped seating.” A male coworker looked at her, and said, “Really?” She looked at him and said, “that’s what [manager name] said.” I asked, “An hour and 15 minutes before you close?” She said, “That’s right.” I asked, “That’s it?” She nodded. We left. It was a terrible impression. We found The Fatty Crab 15 minutes away. Their food was excellent. Unfortunately, we can’t comment on the food at Craft Crab. Others seemed to be enjoying themselves.

First time dining at this location 152 street. Ordered the seafood boil. Food was cold, crab legs were soft and when opened, the meat was cold. The boiled eggs were burnt and texture like rubber. The server was very apologetic but the desire for seafood was ruined. Had a horrible stomach ache later that night and the next day. I don’t think I’ll have the desire for seafood for a very long time. I will NEVER visit this location EVER! Please do better

My family of 4 had and amazing time, Saturday night is pretty busy but even with a 35 minute wait it was very accommodating and not a stressful wait. Our server maya was extremely friendly and fast. Our appetizers came out fast and so did our drinks:) I recommend maya on a Saturday night out!

Food was good , service was okay and atmosphere was decent. Had the steamed oysters with the Boom seasoning which was very delicious . Also ordered the fried shrimp and fries basket , also seasoned very well plus they had sweet potato fries that are my favorite. Drinks were very good , bartender is great !
