Jaylin the guy that takes orders outside working tonight at @7:20PM deserves a raise as well as the other guy working along side him in the same area. They were beyond helpful, went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed despite standing outside in the windy and chilly weather, Jaylin suggested a great item that I purchased, both of them had a wonderful personality, sense of humor, cool & down to earth young men!

Place has gone down hill, and fast. Service sucks now, orders are consistently wrong or missing food.
Food is soggy from over saturation of grease, biting into a fry and getting a mouth full of grease ain’t enjoyable, let me tall ya.
And who puts sauce packets inside your fries? Now because you shoved 3 packets of sauce in there, I get shorted fries…make it make sense.
Recommend they get better staff or start fixing something, cause this ain’t it and you definitely lost a customer here, call it Karen, call it what you like, but facts are just that…facts.

Komal is the best chick fil a employee I have ever encountered at a chick fil a!! She is EXTREMELY polite, friendly, and helpful. She took extra time to make sure we had everything we wanted and that it was done correctly. She even came and followed up after we received our food. She 10000/10 deserves a raise. Way to go chick fil a, don’t let this one go!

Just watched my food be given to the car in front of me and when the employee walked back by and took it back, she then proceeded to come and hand directly to me. I don’t know about you, but I don’t really want something after it’s been in another vehicle. I addressed that with the employee who then apologized said they’d fix it, I pull up and got my drink and pretty positive I was handed the very same bags again. My name and car were even on the receipt… please do better. I did not have time to come inside, so Google it is.

This location is going down hill it seems. I order a #1 with copy jack chesse. They charged me for deluxe combo. I asked for it fixed and the employee Sky was fine with fixing the sandwich until I ask if she was going to even offer the difference in the pricing. Sky needs a little more work on customer service. Her tune and face with no smiles says alot.

Those who haven’t been to Chick-Fil-A since they moved to 2301 NW Cache Rd are in for a real treat. It’s bigger, better and if possible, friendlier! The food is as good as ever and wait time is almost nil. The drive thru has two lanes enabling the customers to have less wait time. They have their own delivery cars so the drivers aren’t responsible for gas etc. The restrooms are very handicap accessible.

Dined in the store today and everyone was so amazing! It was my daughter’s 5th birthday and some of the workers got together to sing to her. She felt so special and seen, and I really appreciated them doing this! 10/10
