One of my most favorite Restaurants. Staff, Atmosphere, Environment, Decor, fabulous and the food outstanding, excellent. I’ve been now 6 times and the food gets even better… Consistency is the key. I encourage everyone to try this place and try the Tapas menu. Mojitos are incredible… Just a wonderful place to dine. Highly recommend this place !!

I love this Franchise and this location continued to add to my experience. The place is clean and has lots of parking spaces. I got my usual, spicy chicken sandwich meal and it was delicious. I also decided to dine in and I’m sure glad I did. The customer service was exceptional. They asked me for what I needed and got it for me with no questions asked. Very good work culture established at this location.

It was the best experience in a fast food or restaurant place I’ve ever had. They were patient with peoples orders and always said “my pleasure” in a respectful manner. They were respectful giving our food, and asking us how the food was, and asking if we needed refills. The food was very fresh and insanely good. It was a first time in a couple of years for me and it was amazing. The service was great and I recommend.

Lots of access to drive in, tons of parking. Well lit and nice looking building. Lots of seating.
Lots of Team members and they seem to enjoy it there.
Easy menu and well priced for any budget.

Great food for a great price. The waiter checked with us mid meal to see if we needed anything like refills, any complaints, very sweet. She also cleaned up for else when we offered too as well. Sorta felt bad but the service here is remarkable. Food was solid, cant really chang emuch between fastfoods but the customner service at this chain is simply amazing. Love it an dwill come out again.

Arrival 1105am
One person at the register. Parking is a cluster due to location. Seating area is large with a play room. It has solar covered parking which is cool. Door dash people are waiting long times for their orders also.
Cars NOT displaying handicap place cards or license plates are in those spots.
There are hands free trash cans here. Ceiling tile vents are dusty. Sprinkler heads are dusty.
There’s SEVEN cameras near the registers. I’m not sure if I feel safe or if I’m under excessive surveillance. Maybe they don’t trust workers. It’s weird. No support from managers or the owner operator. Nobody is walking the floor to check on customers. They take Apple Pay.
I was finally able to order at 1114am. So it took 10 minutes to get to the register for dine in. Food arrived at 1121am.
They have electrical outlets at the tables so you can get work done while you wait. It’s going to be a while.
Trash is overflowing all over: Bathrooms and all around the restaurant.
Bathroom is average cleanliness.
Kids booster seats and high chairs are filthy.
Food tastes amazing. I had nuggets, mac and cheese, pepper mint shake, and spicy chicken sandwich. It was $21.39
Seats at the tables are torn. Poor quality.
Tables have real flowers. Cute.
Bottom line: the site is poorly maintained. Lines are long inside and outside. The same person changing trash bags handed me my tray of food.
