Lady was absolutely rude.
I ordered curbside pickup, but went through the drive thru and asked if I can pick up here. She said “absolutely not, you must park on the side” Okay, no problem. After waiting ten minutes, I came inside and she said “oh! It’s right sitting there for you!”.
So she forced me to park and let my food get cold when she was aware I was here!

Ordered my sandwiches asked which bread was freshest, young lady was very nice, but unfortunately the boy with black hair and beard that was working was very rude and insulting I asked him how fresh the cookies were and he got upset with me then I pulled the coupon out and straightened it he just got madder at me and told me to just give it to him he didn’t have time to help him then told me to go drink another beer, I informed him I was surprised he still had a job and that I haven’t drank in over 10 years. I left before it escalated tonight. He shouldn’t be working around customers

The gentleman with the angel tattoo on his neck is the best sandwich artist I’ve ever encountered. There is no doubt in my mind he will be highly successful at anything he does. As today he decided to be the best sandwich maker in Colorado possibly the world and did it with absolute perfection!

Honestly wish you could leave a zero. Employee got in my wife’s face being confrontational over my wife asking if he had a point of contact for management after he walked away ignoring her. Also see he is still working there to this day. What a shame. Lost my business until he is out of there!

Went through the drive thru and was sitting there for over 10 minutes, nobody came on the intercom so we pulled up the window and still nothing. If you’re not gonna answer the drive thru then why do you even have one? Makes no sense or they need to hire more people if they’re so understaffed they don’t have anyone else to cover the window. Bad management for not hiring more people when they’re know they need it.

I bought a 6 in sub meal. One of the works made the sub and rang me up. I didnt pay attention to the amount until I was down the road a bit. I realized they charged for a 12 in all American club and I got a 6 in turkey. I was about 10 minutes away but turned around. When I went back the I brought my receipt and food in. I asked the worker for a partial refund. Mistakes happen and not a big deal. The man immediately got defensive and said that I told him a 12 in all American. I said I did not tell him that, in fact he didnt ask me as he made it. I told him that the women in front of me ordered that sub not me. He immediately said that I was not being truthful and that I would have to wait for someone else to come up and help me. There were no other customers so I didnt understand why he did not go get this other person from the back. He just stood there and kept saying it was my fault and I told him that. I did try to reason with him and say its not a big deal but he continued to get rude with me. Matthew eventually came out and at first advised I would have to come back as the manager with the code was not in. I explained to him I would not be back as the worker was completely unprofessional and honestly I felt threatened by the fact he was so aggressive over a mistake he made. Matthew called the manager and was able to resolve the issue and gave me some of my money back. I appreciated his effort however the other worker made me so uncomfortable I will not return here.

Used the app. I paid close attention. This Subway did not. Did not receive bag of chips. I asked for MORE red onions and green peppers, I received zero. Other sandwich that asked for MORE got one tiny slice green pepper and two partial slices of red onion. These were Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches. What a disappointment. $44.26 for one sorry footlong and one 6″ meal delivered. Won’t repeat this mistake.

2 things, one the guy at the counter Justin I think it was. He need to work in the back on carry out orders or in a warehouse because he just doesn’t know how to talk to customers, he’s just kind of rude and stand offshore. Secound I can’t order this online because they never toast the online orders and then they just don’t taste right so they need some quality control there.

Best Subway in town hands down. Manager Juanita is friendly and always helpful. My only complaint has to be the delicious Soup. You go to your seat, take the lid off, eat your sub and visit for an hour. Then place lid on and maybe can eat it in an hour or so after you get home.
