Can’t beat the chicken sammitch. That pickle on crisp fried chicken just hits right. The bun is fresh. I can taste the high quality. Waffle fries crispy and hot. Iced drink washed it down with a flair. As always the staff was friendly and polite to the max. Highly recommend

I’m from Montreal, and we don’t have any Chick fil-a. So, today, it was my first time. Unfortunately there was no more spicy chicken sandwich. So we had the regular one. I JUST LOVED IT! It was so good, chicken was so juicy. Waffle fries were also very good . And what about that chick fil-a sauce. 3rd i day in Smyrna and we went again for a second time… those spicy chicken sandwich are sooooo good.

A welcome break on a road trip, just off highway 24 at Smyrna. I love the chicken biscuit for breakfast–fluffy, buttery, and of course I am a fan of the CHICKEN. Friendly staff, great food, clean dining area, efficient drive-through, and a couple of patio tables for outdoor dining as an option. Though it’s only a limited-time thing, I love the dragonfruit tea, too!

The Grilled Chicken Salad (made with Iceberg lettuce) didn’t have enough of the green leaves in it; there was a lot of the white core (of the lettuce) in it.
I had the Spicy Chicken sandwich.

This is a great Chik-Fila location. They are always prompt and manage the drive through well. I typically avoid it when it’s at it busy peak, but always enjoy the food here. It’s always clean, and organized customer service.

This location on Sam Ridley has tanked. Our office went at least 2x weekly until about a month ago when service and quality dropped to McDonalds standard. We now go to Canes. Ppl in DT don’t even say “my pleasure”
Anymore. If you ask for something a little diff you get attitude and then get back to the office to missing items/instruction. If you are lucky you can get through in 10 min but you are guaranteed to have burnt fries, half filled and a wrong drink. The kids outside are too busy flirting or on their phones to walk to you so the line isn’t moving. One kid even hit my hood pretending that I hit him. Myself and others will drive further to another place before ever going here.
I want to add after reading other reviews bc we cannot comment on others nonsense- you are not entitled to a free drink or discount… it’s a business and just bc you are old doesn’t mean you should expect to pay less. They too need to make money, why do old pppl think they are owed but then speak poorly of the entitled generations… who’s entitled complaining about a discount and free drink? If ya can’t pay don’t go! Next/ someone said due to no mobile lane they were forced to sit in DT lane…WALK INSIDE! lazy!

Always a pleasure to eat at Chick-fil-A. The chicken nuggets were cooked perfectly. Their macaroni and cheese is the best I’ve eaten out and their fresh fruit cup was fresh and tasty. My friends chicken sandwich and waffle fries were also cooked perfectly. All employees were courteous and extremely helpful. I’ll be back!

I go here almost every morning. I am not big into coffee and asked one of the workers. They recommended there frosted coffee with vanilla. Recently no one has been able to make a drink that they recommended to me.

Long line but moves pretty quickly. Food was good and hot as usual. Chick-fil-A has always had the best lemonade! (And they even have diet lemonade.)
