Busy night… ordered the brisket with cornbread, coleslaw and BBQ baked beans.. the brisket came chopped, instead of sliced and i didnt care for it served that way. We also ordered pulled pork on cornbread, same as above and the pulled pork was good. Key lime pie didn’t taste like key lime pie, more like cheesecake with a raspberry sauce.

Great music. So conversations can be challenging. Fantastic BBQ. Had the cornbread stack: corn bread, brisket, coleslaw stacked with BBQ sauce on top. Fried ochra and collard greens. Great variety of things on the menu. Our server marley was Fun and friendly.

This was our first time trying this restaurant, and we absolutely loved everything about our experience. We attended midday, so were not there for their live music. They have outdoor seating only, and the temperature was a beautiful 77 degrees. I would not come here on our many hot days, however. Our waitress was one of the best we’ve ever had anywhere. She was super friendly and communicative. My wife and I both ordered the chicken dinner. One of us got dark meat and one got white meat. We had broccoli, mashed potatoes/gravy, and a salad as our sides. All of it was fantastic, and we were especially impressed with our salads. It’s such a pretty atmosphere at this place. We’ll be back!

Really fun vibe. It’s a tiki hut, beachy type feel. Had a great time. Enjoyed some really good BBQ. Staff was attentive and prompt. Live music was perfect. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

This is THE PLACE for great food, live music and an awesome local vibe. The people watching is as good as it gets and the open air bar can’t be beat. Prices are reasonable and the menu is home style Southern to the bone!

The brisket is almost unedible and the chicken was undercooked. They cut the bark off one side of the brisket which imo is criminal and the bark isn’t good on the other side either. No smoke ring. Very bland tasing and dry. I’m giving it 2 stars because the pulled pork was decent and the ribs were also edible. Ordered all the meats and waited about 10-15 minutes. Wouldn’t go back for bbq but the inside looks fun and they also serve pizza.

Holy. Moly. So. Freaking. Good. My boyfriend got the brisket cornbread platter with mac and fries, I got the pork cornbread platter with beans and fried okra. Portions are massive. The pineapple coleslaw is out of this world, mac and cheese is cheesy and actually has flavor, cornbread is nowhere close to dry and just the right amount of sweet. Both the brisket and pork were so juicy so tender, no weird fatty pieces either. My only little tiny beef would be with the fried okra, the batter wasn’t my favorite, could’ve used some seasoning but I still ate every last piece and enjoyed it. The vibes here were off the charts, and we were there early around 2pm, I cannot wait to go back for the live music some time. I luckily live down the road and I’m really looking forward returning soon. Best bbq I’ve had in an incredibly long time, it’s a lick your plate clean kind of place.

Went out on a Saturday night to check out the band and was very surprised. The band and music was great, locals were out and crowded the dance floor all night and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. The tiki bar was large and looked newer along with the open Air seating. I had their brisket sandwich and was very pleased.
