Showed up 30m before kitchen opened and started with club sodas and cocktails with very awesome bar manager, Nickey. After seeing our interest in trying new flavors he served some new reduced syrups which quickly turned into new artisan cocktails and a delightful conversation.
Partner and I ordered his recommendations from kitchen when opened. The flavor profiles of the perfectly proportioned entrees and appetizers were excellent. Desert dishes again showed us complexity with pistachio ice cream, bread pudding then creamy chocolate dust to finish with the espresso.

Drinks were really cute and very attractive to post. Overall service was really good but definately in need of more vegetarian or vegan options. Vodka Soda was pretty good. Nice balance of liquor and club soda which is hard to achieve. Can’t be a brunch spot staple without an avocado toast, so that would be my best suggestion. Bottomless mimosas don’t feel bottomless, don’t be afraid to leave the pitcher at the table. Dog friendly though, so bonus points!!!

Was part of a large group that met for brunch. Food was very good, ample portions, but the service was above and beyond- Pedro was amazing! The staff and chef cares about the customer experience. We had some dietary restrictions and they were happy to help. Patio was lovely with nice weather, fire pit and the grill & DJ were on display outside. Will go back to try some more of the food. Price is about on par with other places downtown for brunch. Bar inside was busy – like most places on Saturdays.

The flavor of the food, the presentation, how the food is paired…wow. It had a very similar “taste” to a fine dining restaurants but at a “regular” establishment.
The place has a great vibe, and the staff is super friendly (we sat at the bar). The drinks are very tasty as well.

Ps: All that food was shared between 3 people. It was a good amount to share and for everyone to enjoy it, and leave full.

My experience here was nothing but phenomenal. From the food to the service was an A+. Every single dish we had was full of flavor, fresh, and delicious! Our servers were generous, kind, and very friendly!
I love the fact that the restaurant offers outdoor seating with cool Palm Spring vibes.
Even the bathroom faucets were super cool. This spot is definitely on my coming backlist.

We LOVE Peyote and everyone that works there!! We recently had our son’s Rehearsal Dinner (65) and Welcome Party (120) there on a Friday night and it was PERFECTION in every way! We asked for all the food to be Zero-Gluten and the incredible Chef Daniel was more than happy to accommodate us with delicious, innovative and beautiful food! We met a few times prior with different staff members so the’d be sure everything was how we wanted it to be. The staff was friendly, helpful, interested, professional, organized and experienced…..and you just can’t get any better than that! We’ve eaten lunch, brunch and dinner there several times and Peyote is our favorite restaurant in La Vegas. The atmosphere (inside and out) is awesome and exactly what we wanted for such a special evening. I HIGHLY recommend Peyote for the grooviest dining/party experience in Las Vegas!!!

Five stars for the atmosphere and overall vibrancy of the spot. What a wonderful spot to bring friends, locals and visitors alike. The drinks are good, nice beers on draft too. The food is tasty, we enjoyed the Pulpo dish (octopus), more potatoes than octopus, but the flavors were fantastic. Definitely a must-see spot in a Great area.

For food, we nibbled on the Leche de Tigre ceviche. For my taste, the ceviche was a bit too heavy as I prefer a lighter bite and sauce. Opinions vary – my partner loved it. Spice level was moderate to light but still present.
We also tried the fries which were solid and the shrimp tacos (not pictured). The shrimp tacos were solid but packed with cabbage while being a bit light on dressing, which made for a dry bite.
Also tried the mezcal cocktail which okay – it was not boozy or particularly smoky but the smoked pineapple was a nice touch.
After brunch take a stroll up Fremont and check out the art.

Our September wedding celebration at Peyote was a dream come true! From the creative and delicious food to the fun and unique cocktails, every aspect was executed flawlessly. Having never been to the restaurant before booking, we were going in solely based on reviews!
The staff welcomed us to the patio with the soft glow of string lights overhead creating the perfect vibe.
We were promptly served the appetizers which consisted of Papalonas, Broccolini (my personal fav – such a cool flavor), Morita Shishito Peppers (all my guests can’t stop raving about these) & Caesar Salad. From there we moved on to the mains – Flat Iron Steak, Pollo Asado & Fairytale Pumpkin.
Having a group with vast dietary restrictions there was truly something for everyone to enjoy! As a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I loved the pumpkin dish! You can tell that bartenders are skilled at their craft as they kept guests happy all evening!
We can’t thank the Peyote staff enough for making our celebration perfect. If you’re looking for the ideal venue for a special occasion, look no further!

Food was amazing, the patio was adorable, and I absolutely loved the decor. Only disappointment was waiting over 40 minutes for our food (shrimp tacos and a slice of French toast). Our server was lovely, but unfortunately not the best experience.
