Ordered my food for delivery. In my order was potato salad. The potato salad that was sent was marked expired. I called and spoke to Vanessa and explained my situation (I’ve had food poisoning before so wasn’t going to risk it. Vanessa said they were marked incorrectly she could send replacements if I liked. I told her “yeah” and was going to continue but she promptly hung up the phone on me.
Not great customer service response from Vanessa (the manager), food is ok though.

We were not welcomed in what-so-ever. After standing there for a few minutes, someone finally acknowledged us. The whole FREAKY FAST concept has been lost at this location. The main sandwich maker was crazy rude to several of the other guests. If you are trying to call and no getting through its because they just throw the phone off the hook so no one gets through either that or her attitude needs a big adjustment. The person behind us ordered a single original sandwich. we ordered 2 original sandwiches, but ours came out secondary. I’m glad this isn’t my normal JJ I’d never come here again! I added a picture because I don’t ever remember having such a small portion of the meat if I wanted a Veggie sub I would have asked for Veggie and the oil was only on half of my regular size sub.

I get delivery and every time they are friendly and seem pleased to get my order to me quickly!! The sandwich is absolutely wonderful!! I can tell they made with care to get it right with a good amount of meat and cheese.

Ordered Jimmy Johns today since I didn’t have time to leave. 40 minutes later I got my food and it is completely soggy and tastes disgusting and on top of it the chips I ordered are opened. I ended up throwing it away and wasted a bit of money for nothing.

This is the only place in town to get an authentic deli sandwich. Don’t let the advertisements of the other places fool you because they’re fake LOL. I have a problem here with the fact that they don’t pay attention to what you want and don’t want on your sandwiches though. They always automatically want to put Mayo on your sandwich and I don’t care for that. They put it on sandwiches that don’t even have mayo on them. I usually pick up my sandwiches and take them home to eat. It’s such a disappointment when I get home and have mayo on a sandwich that should have oil and vinegar.

Was in chasing clouds today there was a jimmy John’s employee there being very disrespectful and acting very disorderly towards the manager who was being polite. When asked to leave he stood outside yelling and taunting the manager for 15ish minutes. Sad to see someone ruining a company name by acting this way.
