The fact that I’ve been here before and had no problem has me blown away at the issue I have. I don’t care if you’re a new hire or been there your whole life, the fact that my quesadilla had burnt ashes on it all over as if it was salt on a steak is ridiculous. I tried my best to scrape it off and nothing worked, tried to take a bite and I can’t get the burnt taste out of my mouth. I really had a higher standard for this Taco Bell.

The young man with the piercings that gave me my order at the drive thru window was not welcoming. Not once did he say hello or good evening. I could see through the window crack that he threw in items in my bag for my pick up. When I addressed his attitude to be improved, he did not bother to acknowledge me. This was very poor customer service.

This is one of very few favorite Taco Bell locations and we come here often. We like it because it’s always clean & the staff are always nice. However, today a young man handed us our food & his hair was covering his face. While I don’t care how people wear their hair, I felt very uncomfortable with someone with so much loose hair to the point that it’s completely covering his face, to handle my food. I’m not sure if I’ll be back anytime soon. I may just drive to the other one by Bella Terra (2nd best option). People who handle food should have their hair contained AND wear a hair net

MOST UPSCALE AND TECHNO TACO BELL EVER!!! This taco bell has it going on. Go through the drive through or come inside to get your taco bell favorites. You don’t have to wait in line. Go to the beautiful touch screen kiosk and pick the item you want by picture and by just pressing buttons you can customize your order with ingredients of your choice. WOW! Pay for it with your debit or credit card at the kiosk and then just have seat. When your order is called you are on your way. Dine in or take it to go. This place is awesome!

One of the only places in the area where the lobby is open late. It was jammed packed at 11:30pm and not the bar crowd ♂️. I don’t frequent Taco Bell but I just wanted to see what the parking lot was packed for.

Best Taco Bell I’ve been to. Very modern because it was recently renovated and has the self serve kiosks. The staff is always timely and very kind. I highly recommend this place as somewhere to sit down with and chat with friends for like 2 hours. Make sure you share a 12 count of the cinnabon delites, you can’t miss them.
