This particular McDonald’s location is notorious for poor service. They routinely take your order, hand you only the drinks, and immediately ask you to park while you wait for your food. This time was no different. After finally receiving our order, we went home—mind you, we live only four minutes away—only to be extremely disappointed. I ordered my children’s meals and a large fry for myself. When I opened the bag, the fries were overcooked, and the large fry container was barely half full. This level of service and food quality is unacceptable.

I’ve been here a few times and it wasn’t all that bad. I actually just got done DoorDash Ing food to my house and the free additional Mc griddle had hair in it and I literally just tossed it because I was not about to be put up with her today, it was like a long piece of hair. Definitely taking this location off.

Spent money at this location several times. Was told about the free Whopper with purchase of any size drink and fries. Tried to complete the redemption at my next visit and was told I needed to make a $5.99 purchase to get the free Whopper.
The small fries and drink was already $5.02 – I had two cookies ($1.49) added to my purchase. I was then told basically I need to purchase a Whopper meal to get a free Whopper.
Yeah, I’m not into gluttony or reheating a Whopper. Don’t make offers that are not true. We have tRump for a president. We don’t need more lies from businesses.
Suggestion: spend your dollars at Tazikis Mediterranean Cafe in the same shopping center. They were out of tilapia, yet the lamb is seasoned very well.

I order from the app to try and save some time and money on my orders. I love the convenience of having just to pull up and give the drive thru my number and it totally recognizes me and my orders. The staff is super courteous and extremely friendly. They are very helpful when it comes to asking me if I require anything else to complete my order. The food is always hot,prepared to my satisfaction, comes with the correct condiments, and I have never had any issues with this location nor the very welcoming staff. This establishment is very clean and friendly. I would definitely recommend coming to this location. I usually frequent in the after hours. Thank you to the great staff at this location for your hard work and dedication to your business.

Customer Service is not known here. Very rude every time I order. Today I asked for a large coffee for the (monopoly) game piece. They tried to give me a coffee cup without the game. When I asked why they didn’t have it, they ran to the back to get me a cup. Why don’t they have them in the front to use?

The tea at this location is NO good! I’ve stopped twice at this location for a large half & half tea and some food. Their tea tastes like it has been sitting there for a long, long time-possibly spoiled. I drink tea all-day, every day, so I know what fresh brewed tea tastes like. The tea at this location is definitely NOT fresh. Maybe the brewer or their tea containers need to be cleaned or maybe it shouldn’t sit there for so long.

I just saw the video of your CEO reluctantly trying the new arch burger taking a small bite while also calling it a “product”. Pretty self explanatory there, seems like burger meat is made out of anything but meat. Never eating McDonald’s ever again.

It slightly brothers me that this location has a 30 minute rule, of only staying for 30 minutes while you eat. As a college student I’m much more likely to pick a quiet corner, use the wifi for school work, and buy food/drinks as I’m sitting there. With the 30 minute rule, it’s a lot less ideal. I understand no soliciting, but I’m literally giving them business and sitting quietly. I recommend they change that rule, and they might get more customers. The managers here are overbearing as well, and it really ruins the vibe/atmosphere.

I do not buy fast food from McDonalds and haven’t for over a decade BUT my kids (and myself) really wanted to try the Grinch meal. As we pulled into a very busy drive thru at 5:30pm i was nervous we would be met with a mess of poorly and rushed made food and subpar service. Im SO GLAD i was wrong. Customer service was great from the person that took my order and at both windows. They all seemed to be in good moods and were all so helpful. We appreciate that more than you know. When we arrived home everything was neatly packed and thoughtfully made. We enjoyed the meals very much and i feel like my money was well spent. Thank you for making our fast food run a positive experience!

Today is a beautiful morning bc it’s raining This Place looks so much better than before. It is well kept, clean, kid-friendly, and just overall outstanding. They also serve you at your table! This morning, I was kind of hungry so I got my sausage biscuit with sub-round egg, and English muffin with sausage and eggs, with pumpkin and cream pie for snack later and can’t forget my mocha frappe!
Staff were amazing, they were very attentive and friendly !!! Food is served fresh here ! Bring your kids and your family here for a quick bite !!!
