Food was sadly soggy, it took 10 minutes for my mobile order to be brought out to me after they handed the 4 cars waiting in the drive thru pull over area.

I came in today 2/24 a little after 5pm. Got 2 meal deals + 2 extra burgers. Everything was cold and had been sitting for a while except for the fries which were semi-warm. I’d been driving for 5 hours and was starving so we ate anyways. The reason I decided to write this review is because I used the bathroom before we left. While I was washing my hands a young female employee in a white uniform used the restroom and breezed right past me in a hurry out of the restroom without washing her hands. When I came back out and looked at who was working, I saw her by the drive thru making drinks and handling food orders. IDC if I have to drive 5 more hours with no AC in the middle of August- we will not be eating here again

I went here on 1-8-26 on my way to Phoenix Az from Lowell Az And I don’t think I have ever gotten a 5 star restaurant service from any McDonald’s! The older woman who brought my food to my table was so sweet! , and said, If you need anything my name is! And she even took my tray from me! And I was like, Ma’am I could’ve done that myself! She definitely deserves a raise! I will definitely be stopping here for breakfast whenever I go through here!

Wow!! On our way to Texas, this McDonald’s hit all the Marks and then some. Congrats to the team here! They have proven to have exceptional customer service. Joseph…Your dedication to keeping the Loby spic and span is easily noticeable. Shaun, your Enthusiasm, Leadership, and Kindness further prove to me why you guys earned an award for best Drive Through Service. Oh…And the Food was all on point as it should be!

This is the best McDonald’s I have been too. The people are so very kind and helpful. I have never seen a McDonald’s like this before where they check to see if you need anything are extremely kind. The McDonald’s should be very proud of the place and the people. Keep up the great work.

If you’re traveling from Phoenix to Tucson, the McDonald’s off the Marana exit is the best one on I 10 I travel for a living. I’ve experienced the customer service and the food and I could tell you this one deserves more than five stars. The management has great Leadership as the team reflects it!

MmM, MmM, MmM! I am LOVIN it at this McDonalds! I am always delighted to see my favorite employee, Federico, taking my order at the drive through with such an enthusiastic expression! He takes my four digit code and recalls me by name, knowing my order exactly. He always knows that I get my burger with extra pickles, haha! That young man deserves employee of the month! Thank you McDonalds for another OUTSTANDING experience.
