I’m not really a fast food burger person, but these burgers are different. They remind me of a home cooked burger, it is always delicious. The customer service is great also. This has truly become one of my favorite places to go, probably more often than I should.

Love the butter burgers a most of the food. What really impressed me was the staff. Most are young adults and they are so polite and serve with a smile. It’s refreshing to see youth so well trained and doing their work with a smile. Kudos!

Overall their food comes out hot. They could have their meat cooked a little closer to being served. You need to ask for condiments. The frozen custard is excellent-I like the concrete mixers. Large size is a meal by itself. Yummy. Culvers is our family’s go to place for burgers etc.

It is ridiculous that you can’t pick up a mobile order through the drive thru!! The convenience of online ordering is completely negated by having to park and walk into the store to stand in line and request your mobile order!! And what is your running between jobs, maybe on a meeting call, or older and have difficulty walking. I’m saddened by this to a great degree. This is the 21st century, man, get with the program.

Service through the drive thru was extremely rude. My order was incorrectly taken and upon correcting the staff I didn’t receive my missing items ordered. Not friendly service and the inside was extremely chaotic. The food quality itself was good even though I was missing items.

If you place a pick up order they make you go inside instead of just handing the food through the window. This wouldn’t be an issue at all if they had staff consistently working the front counter but they don’t so you just have to sit inside and wait for someone to come to the counter and hand you your pick up order. It is absolutely ridiculous that they refuse to give mobile orders in the drive thru. It makes NO sense since the rack of mobile orders inside is right by the drive thru window.
Not to mention, they have NO real procedure of picking up your mobile order inside. You either have to wait in a long line where people are ordering or get an employee’s attention (and they often ignore you despite seeing you needing something).
This is extremely ableist. DO BETTER!

I LOVE Culver’s!! BUT, today was horrible.
First, no soap in the bathroom. Then they brought the food…ugh. It was clearly not made fresh. And the Wisconsin melt literally shined. Either the grill was full of grease, or not cleaned. The few bites of the Mushroom Swiss I had was sooooo greasy.
Almost like the place was under new management. We’ve gone here for several years.. usually great.. as always. Please fix the issue. This is not the Wisconsin Culvers I know (from WI).

Party of 4. The restaurant was clean, the service was fast and the food was fresh.
The visit occurred on a Saturday mid-day.
We ordered the Smokehouse Burger with fries and sweet tea, cod meal with potatoes and broccoli and a grilled Reuben and a chocolate and vanilla shake.
Our first visit. Will definitely return.
