What a disgusting experience !!!!!! Jody (the manager) needs to be evaluated or better yet FIREDDD ! Very unprofessional & had no class whatsoever! She kept yelling & had the worst attitude towards her staff. The yelling across the room was very unnecessary, if Jody had a problem with anything, she should’ve handled it better, spoke with her staff in a private matter & address the situation like an adult. John who was the bartender was such a sweetheart & took care of us as best as he can. We waited 40 minutes for our food but we understood & waited patiently since it was superbowl night. John tried to get updates but Jody with her disgusting attitude & tone, kept telling John to wait & that there’s nothing she can do about it. We weren’t asking where our food was constantly but after 40 minutes for chicken tenders & fries, John asked Jody & her response was the reason we cancelled our order & left. We tried to enjoy the game but the atmosphere was absolutely awful. Wouldn’t recommend anyone going here unless you prefer to be surrounded by miserable people. John who’s the bartender, I hope you find a better opportunity elsewhere because you absolutely deserve to feel appreciated everyday for your hard work.

Really disappointed they refused swapping the chicken to cauliflower on the lunch menu. Expensive vegetarian option but did taste good. Tots were fried crisp and not in a good way kinda had like freezer burn like taste. Husband said burger and french fries were great.

I’m genuinely so sick and tired of this Buffalo Wild Wings, it’s annoying that I love there food. EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from this location something is missing. Usually it is just the side sauce or celery and carrots and honestly I can live with that. That’s is what’s happened the past literal 10 times I have ordered from them. I just ordered delivery through their app once again and they left out 10 wings and potato wedges. At this point I don’t know what else to do aside from just not order from them at all. We typically order while we’re watching football and drinking so picking up there mistake isn’t an option. After a year of them messing up you would think the mistakes would slowly start to get better, but they don’t. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt numerous times without leaving a review because I was a server for many years. I will say the manager is super accommodating when it comes to figuring out the mistakes (she literally just called me as I was typing this out) they have fixed mistakes in the past as well. However I just don’t understand how this is still a reoccurring issue. Something needs to be done with the expo or back of house staff.

Ordered 10 boneless wings only and never got them. I better get a refund or a gift card. I would say 90 minutes after I ordered, they got there. I couldn’t even get in all the people. It was poorly run by the manager, obviously. What blows my mind is that the wings are just mediocre, nothing special.I have no idea. Maybe the burgers are good.

Absolutely terrible customer service, I understand it’s Super Bowl Day but the lack of service in the food is insane, paid, and got about 15 bone in wings but 15 small pieces of chicken nuggets more like chicken popcorn nuggets, a small order of fries. You put in your order and get about 1 hr wait, and if you want to order something simple 2 hour wait, ridiculous… my chicken “popcorn” were dry, no sauce, and when I complained about them I only got “lemon pepper sauce” and “bbq”, just like that… insane, waited almost an hour and a half after ordering, and paid $45 for just popcorn chicken and tiny bone in wings”. I was patient and everything to receive a lack of service, people were getting upset due to the wait time and understandable because people put in their order for a certain time and it’s still not ready and you have to wait even for a small order. Police had to show up to the parking lot because people were double parking, due to the WAIT TIME, it was ridiculous to wait an hour and receive what looks like a $20 bundle.

Thank you for being exceptionally generous to us Veterans on Veterans Day! I really felt honored and appreciated by your restaurant location by you offering free wings and fries today on Veterans Day. Then on top of it you even had a cooler with 1 complimentary nonalcoholic Heineken to go with my takeout order! Thanks very much! I’ve raised three boys who always wanted to go to “B-Dubs”, so I already am a long time customer. But what you did today engrained even further my loyalty to your restaurant chain. My God bless your franchise’s success and the wonderful and courteous employees at the Hooper Avenue, Brick, NJ location!

Always a great lunch when Madi is working!! She is professional, friendly, courteous and a wonderful young ladie. Came Tuesday afternoon, not many people were there, so I was fortunate enough to get amazing service, hot food at a reasonable time, and a nice waitress. No complaints here.
