Reviews
We were honored to receive a tour of the restaurant and learn about the meticulous process behind their masterpiece chicken. It was fascinating to learn all about it! I got to sample everything on the menu, and I was genuinely impressed. The chicken was beautifully crispy and served at just the right temperature.
The sides and different sauces were outstanding too. The mac n cheese, dirty rice, biscuits, and fries were all exceptional. The chicken sandwich was delightful as well. We even enjoyed their fresh-squeezed lemonade and peach cobbler, which were fantastic.
Manor really needed a place like this, offering such quality food paired with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff was always smiling and incredibly friendly. Thank you, Tony and Eli, for a wonderful experience for my family and me. I wish you all the success in the world and look forward to visiting again soon!
So glad they brought y’all down here to Manor! We have been coming in store and drive thru for Bo’s Breakfast Boxes and more. I think we’ve been here five times or more so far since your grand opening.
Feedback:
– every order something was missing. Either the extra sauces we ordered or a missing drink. One time we ordered biscuits and gravy and gravy was there but missing biscuits.
-drive thru employees did not seem excited to work there and annoyed. One particular order, again we ordered the breakfast box, coffee, extra dipping sauces. Coffee and sauces were missing as usual. As soon as I asked her for the missing sauces she walks off and closes the window gate and when she comes back with my sauces I tell her about the coffee. Hear me out, I didn’t get to tell her it’s the vanilla iced coffee. But again she already slammed the window gate on me and comes back with a hot coffee. I show her my app and she rolls her eyes and walks off. I didn’t get to ask her for napkins. You get the point.
– please be patient and listen before running off and back and forth and make sure the orders are packed correctly before handing them to your customers
– food is good, especially those Bo Berry biscuits! But please work on customer service. Thanks!
-potato rounds are GREAT!!!!
Both Jordyn and the Manager (Rosa) came by to ask us how we enjoyed our sauces and left space for feedback on everything we ordered. Talk about over and beyond!
The 3 piece was filling, crispy and juicy
The only feedback I have is for the management to reconsider reprimanding employees in the lobby, where customers can hear the conversation. Also, I don’t think it’s not necessary to yell out orders (military style) to the young staff (or anyone) learning the ropes, because it’s disruptive to the customers, and not a very friendly learning environment, experience or good example.
Other than that, best of luck in Manor!
I really liked the chicken burger.
The staff were especially friendly. My son watched them kneading the dough for quite a while, and one of the staff members even drew smiley faces for my son and my friend’s daughter.
Thank you to the team, they work very hard and put in a lot of effort. They made our dinner such a beautiful and memorable experience.
Well, the Legendary tea, was not legendary, I’ve tasted much better sweet tea than that. If I dinned in, would have refilled with a different drink. The Dirty rice was ok, but really nothing to brag about. The Biscuit was just average, soft/dry with no butter or honey to spread upon. Finally the chicken tenders were just ok, creamy buffalo sauce did some good but overall, Bojangles just did not wow me. I just wasn’t impressed, and now that I got it out of my list of places to try, won’t be back. 2.5-3 stars because I believe it’s over priced for what I got. Total with tax was $11.03 cents. 3pc tenders, side of dirty rice, biscuit and regular sweet tea drink. With one choice of dipping sauce. I know there are chicken restaurants much better for the same price and some places a bit more but quality and quantity go hand in hand. I think they missed it on both. Why do people keep coming back to Raising Canes/Chick-fil-A /Churches Chicken/ Popeyes? I just think it’s overrated, but hey, go and check it out and find out yourself and write your own opinion about it. I’m just being honest with mine.
