The wait is unbelievable. While the pizza is pretty good, we just don’t think it’s worth the poor service. It wasn’t so much the wait as it was the fact that they significantly underestimate the wait time. If you want the pizza, I would plan ahead.
Good food at the shore certainly comes with a wait. That is expected. On a holiday weekend, even more so. Our point is to account for that. Please don’t tell us to be there at a certain time then have our food ready nearly an hour later.
We do feel bad for the folks who have to work behind the counter. They make a lot of apologies, and they are visibly overwhelmed. It makes for an uncomfortable atmosphere.
We do hope they fix their process issues, because the pizza is good.

I’m going to be honest, I made this account just for this review because I have never experienced service like this. My friends and I ordered several menu items for delivery and they came pretty quickly, however the food was just terrible. The pizza was like cardboard, the chicken was hard, and the sub was dry and didn’t contain what we ordered.
It gets worse. We called to speak to a manager about how we were dissatisfied with our order and were very polite but the manager just stopped talking to us and hung up. It would have been nice if he maturely handled it but he didn’t. We called back and the employee said the “manager stepped out for and emergency and couldn’t talk to us.” He proceeded to say that if we don’t like it that we “should never come back.”
I will never go back here and I advise you to do the same.

I drove an hour to get here and it was worth the trip. The food was excellent . Menu was extensive and the portions were very generous. The owner Manny came out to introduce himself and his mom Antoinette was our server. They are such genuine and real people. If your in the area or if you are looking for great Italian please stop there you won’t be disappointed.

It was ok, we went for dinner. Staff was nice but service was S L O W!!!! Omg!! 35 minutes for 2 salads, once slice and pasta. Their tomato sauce was way to sweet for me. I would go back for the pizza though, thin crust. I’ll also give them another chance, maybe they were just swamped.

I just tried this establishment for the first time. I ordered the lasagna and it is phenomenal! There was a mix-up when I used GrubHub to order, as the hours have changed, but I called in the afternoon and got their voicemail. I left a message and someone called me back the second they opened. He was very apologetic and very nice.

One of the worst experiences I have had in my 25 years of dining. I ordered a chicken parm for delivery that was tough as leather and appeared to be frozen. My side salad was a few sparse greens with no dressing and the pizza was like cardboard. I called the manager to politely express my dissatisfaction and to make him aware of the unstatisfactory food he was producing for the price. He immediately hung up and upon calling back I was simply told, “To just never come back”. I warn all.. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! The food is awful and the service is worse. Such a disappointment.

Chicken parmigiana sandwich is not great (undersauced, bread is mediocre). Garlic knots were too dense. Paid $25 for a penne vodka pizza which was overpriced for the product received. No plans to return here.
