Probably the most rude employees I’ve ever encountered at any fast food establishment or coffee shop. You can try to have manners and say “Thank You” when they serve your items and they’ll just shut the window in your face after not saying even 2 words during the whole transaction. Not sure who the male employee is with the messy short facial hair working on 3/7/26 at 12:00 pm, but he should probably get another job that doesn’t involve the public if he can’t have any common decency while doing his job. Have previously had another rude encounter with a female employee with some purple in her hair. Do yourself a favor and go down the road to Mean Mug, or BeCaffeinated in Rossville, or Caffeine Addicts in Ringgold. These are all locally owned establishments and the customer service is top notch. I can promise your manners will be returned to you tenfold at these places. Plus the coffee is just way better anyway. Let these miserable, bitter folks lose the business that they don’t deserve. 0/10 don’t recommend

Went through the drive-thru. It’s been a while since I’ve been to Starbucks, since we’ve just moved and there’s ONE in our area now, where there used to be one every three miles ‍♀️ (We were SO spoiled ), so I asked some questions about what drinks they had currently. I realize that some drinks might be local specific, but the guy I was talking to sure did make it sound like he’s never heard of pretty much every drink I was asking about, except pumpkin spice.

But, after that, the staff seemed kind and excited to serve. The drink was tasty and didn’t last long enough (as usual). I’ll be back, for sure.

I got a grande soy chai with one pump of peppermint (ah, Christmas) and an impossible sausage sandwich

Usually this store is great, with the exception of some. However, recently I have had issues with multiple employees. I came through the drive thru this morning, and the two older ladies working were both extremely rude to me and my family. I tried making conversation and neither of them made any attempt to speak with me. Whoever is in charge does not seem to care that their staff is mean to customers, as I have made several verbal complaints and nothing has been done. I am extremely disappointed in this location and will not be back.

The good news is, this location seems to have addressed their efficiency issues. The bad news is, their cold brew usually just doesn’t taste right. I don’t know if it’s old, or not stored properly, or the concentration is wrong, or they’re not following a standard recipe, or there’s regular iced coffee in what they give me – but I tend to get a much better cold brew at their other locations. Guess when I’m in this area I’ll have to pay a little more at Scooter’s. Hope this Starbucks location can fix this.

Love this Starbucks! Has the best manager of any of them I’ve visited so far. The employees are all really courteous during my visits. This visit got an iced peach green tea double blended. Can’t go wrong with an iced coffee double blended with caramel lining the cup with mocha on top and Oatmilk! Their blueberry muffins, danishes, Madeline’s, and croissants are also great go-to’s! So many good options that are so delicious to choose from no matter your mood. Very convenient to Chickamauga, Rossville, Ft. O, Ringgold, and Lafayette so you don’t have to travel a million miles for a craft coffee. Would definitely recommend for a stop for a pick me up.

Don’t know if the chick making the drinks was having a bad day or whatever but caramel DRIZZLE isn’t pouring half the damn bottle into my drink. It’s DRIZZLE for a reason. Find a new day job. Ordering ahead just to have to wait for a drink where I get a shot of caramel & stomach cramps every sip SUCKED!

I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. There were white chunks floating around in it. They remade it, same thing. They said it was their new whipping cream or something. Just a warning for future reference if you don’t want white chunks in your drink.

Tonight at the Starbucks drive-thru, the cashier at the window was unnecessarily rude. I didn’t catch her name, but this occurred on 12/27/25 around 7:30 p.m.
My daughter placed the order, and the cashier became irritated because we didn’t remain at the speaker long enough for her to repeat the total. She snapped, “Next time, wait there,” in a very condescending tone. I explained that I don’t drink coffee and wasn’t familiar with the process, but her attitude remained dismissive.
When the drink was handed over, there was no straw. After waiting and being ignored for some time, I politely asked for one. She handed it to me without saying a word—gave me a cold look..no acknowledgment or apology. Looking at the reviews, I see I am not the only customer this is happening to.

I’m so glad Starbucks returned to Fort O! My first experience is amazing they got my mobile order done quickly after I got in the parking lot. This is my new favorite Starbucks because it’s closer to my work down the road and easier to get to. Everyone in there is so nice and they take care of business with our coffee needs!! I’ll be coming back again! I love it here!

Want to give a shout out to Starbucks today for making my day happen . Today is my birthday . The app was not working properly this morning . Starbucks still honored my free coffee that started my day . Thank you again . Great customer service . Very friendly for the drive-thru this morning at 6:00 a.m. those girls were on top of it .
