I order a Apple pie when I got home I notice that the box does not have a expiration date and also the apple pie was old and dry, I worked before in MC Donald’s and I know when a apple pies is old. Is sad that they don’t care about their customers.

Do the survey on the receipt! If you have a complaint. They obviously don’t respond to complaints here, but if you do the survey on the receipt they will get attention.
My issue was it was hard to find a spot in front of the restaurant when I pulled in, but I noticed cars with Sun Shields and morning dew on them. Are these employees cars that are parking right in front of the door? Can the management please ask the employees to park in the back and leave the front for customers?

So, I live right behind this location, &I keep giving them chances… really for convenience sake more than anything. But today was the last straw. In literally the THREE MINUTES it takes to get home, I opened my food bag to reveal completely BURNT french fries and dried out/INEDIBLE burgers. &Now they WON’T even answer the phone, and right now I don’t have a vehicle to go back and complain in person.
Long story short: DO NOT EAT HERE!
Seriously I’d say 3 out of 4 times this crap happens, which I usually either check before I leave the drive through or just drive back. But my mother inlaw got it for me before she left with my car.
The quality of the food along with the fact that they’re just listening to the phone ring and refuse to pick up, is unbelievably unprofessional and earns them an incompetent customer service rating

Fries were hot, burger buns were stale. They got the order right, at least. No personalities at all. They were all “just doing their jobs.” It’s a slightly below average location. I wouldn’t go out of my way to go there again. If you’re headed north, you have to go out of your way to get there. I’d have to be REALLY hungry at just the right time and just the right location to stop here again.

I went through the drive through and used points to get a 10 count chicken nugget and the grinch meal when I got my food I asked the lady in the window specifically if the second chicken nugget was just put in the same box as the meal and she said yes only to get home and not have my second chicken nuggets now I have to figure out how to get my points back
