This place is one of the best BBQ places in the Midwest. The whole experience was phenomenal. Love the decorations for the holidays. We had the smoked wings, great flavor and they were full of meat! The brisket was extremely tender and I would say it was the best we have ever had, including KC and Texas. Super friendly owners and staff. Do NOT pass this one up.

First time visiting. The waitress, Heidi, was very friendly, welcoming and helpful to us w our questions. She gave us the history of the restaurant and told us all about everything they make in house. Definitely the person to have working for the place!
The atmosphere is very sleek, spacious and clean. They had a pretty good flow of customers dining and at the bar.
We ordered chili to share, I have to say it was one of the best chilis we have ever had, it is served with onions, cheese, sour cream and homemade croutons. (So good we ordered 2 servings to take home!) I ordered the breaded pork tenderloin sandwich with coleslaw and the curly fries(cant remember the name) hubby had the brisket sandwich. Waitress brought out burnt ends for us to try.
We also took home 2 cupcakes also made in house; choclate salted carmel and pistachio.
Give this place a try, we will certainly be back!

Wasn’t sure how this was going to go… we were greeted be a rude waitstaff.. but we took a table and thankfully we had a different waitress. She was fantastic! Food was delicious. We had brisket.. I ordered steamed broccoli…which was amazing! He had beans. lol. We will most likely go back.

Honestly the BEST burnt ends I’ve ever had, tender, high-quality meat with a perfect seasoning/crisp/flavor. Unique shaped fries made for a delectable side. Sweet BBQ sauce and Hot Jerk sauce were also noteworthy. Only issue was our waitress who spent most of her time at the bar chatting and in her phone. Other than that I’d come back in a heart beat for the BBQ here! Highly recommend the barbecue, you won’t be disappointed! Other members of my party ordered the brisket and burger and everyone had a clean tray afterwards!

Staff was very friendly. Good customer service (my experience). Ordered the brisket …it was dry overcooked and tasted a bit like canned beef stew meat or a cheaper cut of bland roast beef the sauce with it was decent…. Fried mushrooms were bland and there wasn’t much for what they cost. Onion strings were salty but good …but maybe also a bit overpriced. Not sure I’d personally go back. It was edible if you’re not picky about your BBQ. No hate just being honest. Not mad just disappointed as I had very high hopes – I was very excited for smoked brisket and what I got was basically just roast beef. (And yes I know plenty about smoked meat. And I’ve had some damn good brisket.) I hope they improve. Hate to see a local business go under.

Maybe Wednesday early afternoon is not a good time to go here? My father and I were traveling and went here because of the good reviews. We were quite disappointed at the pound of DRY beef brisket and even DRIER half a pound of burnt ends. The best part of the meal was the cheese curds and broccoli. The side of baked beans and chili were store can quality. I asked the waitress twice before we ordered if there was a full menu for lunch because we were the only customers eating at 230pm on a Wednesday. She said, “Yes.” Really wished we spent our almost $90, after tax and tip, on some decent food. We also had only waters for this price for a meal for two. Maybe switch to a weekday lunch menu if you don’t have fresh bbq?

This is the BEST barbecue place I’ve ever been to! My friend and I visited, and we got brisket mac and cheese, pulled pork, and burnt ends. Everything was phenomenal, but the burnt ends were to die for!! The homemade BBQ sauce made it all even better! I will absolutely come here again next time I’m in the area!

A little pricy. Drinks are weaker. Food had good flavor tho. My pork on the Mac N Cheese was a little on the fatty side. Overall would probably try again. Main food and sides are all separate. Tried a variety of items between us all and all of us were thought our food was good. Service was ok. Little loud but is also a bar.

First time in at Billy’s, was a great experience. The food has that home-cooked taste, the environment was welcoming and fun! I especially have to give a shout out to Heidi (Bar Tender) and Dana (Karoke Host) pollution two made my night fun and awesome! Definitely will be back! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a wholesome doen to earth time.

Big Billy’s has a very cozy clean & inviting atmosphere! The entire staff ( including the owner) are super friendly and very accommodating! The food is delicious! The menu has a nice selection! My favorite is the Burnt ends! I would highly recommend this place.
