Wonderful experience. We tried their new lobster boil, added boiled eggs and some crab legs. It was so good! Our waiter, Jeff, was very nice, informative, and helpful when selecting our food on the menu. Definitely recommend this location. Very nice staff.

Stuffed mushrooms and a bowl of clam chowder with a draft beer at Happy hour. 5:30pm and the place was practically empty. Some tables spread around the large restaurant but we were the only ones in the bar until about 6:30pm when one gentleman sat at the bar with a margarita. Another couple came in and were seated in the booth next to us. When we came in the door there was No one to greet us as we stood there and the bartender came over to offer us a booth in the bar. When we evaluated the soup it had the flavor of clams, however, it was basically potato soup with nearly non existent minced clams (3) The stuffed mushrooms were good, but not enough to bring us back for them. My overall impression was that I could see why they had filed for bankruptcy in the past. When we told the bartender about the soup, she said it was a new recipe and didn’t take any action . There was no contact with any manager after there complaint. I think they are doomed with the way things are being run. Not worth the visit, unless you’re just looking for a place to watch the TV or visit quietly.

I always have a joyous time at this location. The food is always amazing and service is top tier! The host, Isabelle, was very personable and my waitress Alyssa was providing great service through out my dinner. The host was made aware of my birthday and told my waitress, Alyssa, it was my birthday. Alyssa came out with an ice cream with a candle on top to celebrate my bday. That was very special and sweet! Thank you for making my birthday dinner a beautiful one.

We came here tonight for dinner. We had a birthday celebration and they were super accommodating for our huge party of about 30 people. The server was very helpful and provided excellent service for us all. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean.

Just left having dinner here at Red Lobster, really just needed a good hot sit down meal. The waitress was wonderful and nothing was wrong with the service she gave. I used to love coming here and unfortunately the food has gone so downhill I think that was the last time I will ever eat here. The food was so over priced compared to the poorly cooked plates that came out, the french fries were almost cold, my rice was cold and it hurt to pay the much on the bill for such bad food, I should and could have made so much more and better quality food in my own kitchen. Thank you for good service but no thank you to that food ever again. I wish I had my $60 back.

We came in today with our baby and had a great meal overall. While the decor felt a little dated (personally not a fan of carpet in restaurants), the place smelled clean and well-kept, which matters.
What really made the experience stand out was our waitress, (Shanell, L was absolutely fantastic so attentive, friendly, and genuinely kind. She was wonderful with our baby, always smiling, checking in at the right times, and making sure everything was perfect without being overbearing. She truly went above and beyond and deserves recognition. Servers like her are the reason people come back. Thank you, Shanell!

My husband and I came in tonight to celebrate our Valentine’s Day early. We had the pleasure of having Chris as our server. She made our visit here pleasant and enjoyable by going above and beyond that of which we expected. I ordered a salad for my husband and I to share and when she brought the salad to our table she also brought an extra chilled salad bowl as well which no one had ever done before. I love that Chris loves her job by displaying her caring attention to her customers. Thank you Chris you made my night! God Bless you and your family

Arrived just in time for Happy Hour. The margaritas were tasty, but so was the food. We had the shrimp platter special of the day and the fried Cod. Stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer. Overall great value and service. I’ll be back.
