I recently visited Rainbow Sushi on 22, and I was thoroughly impressed! I tried the vegetable dumplings, spicy tuna roll, and shrimp tempura, and each dish was outstanding.

The vegetable dumplings were a highlight—perfectly steamed with a delightful filling that was both fresh and flavorful. They paired wonderfully with the soy sauce, making each bite a joy.

The spicy tuna roll was a flavor bomb! The tuna was incredibly fresh, and the spice level was just right, adding a nice kick without being overwhelming. I added the eel sauce and crunchy onions. Its one of my favorites now!

And let’s not forget the shrimp tempura—crispy and light, with perfectly cooked shrimp inside. It was the ideal complement to my sushi meal.

Overall, Rainbow Sushi delivers fantastic flavors and quality in every dish. I can’t wait to return and try more of their menu! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for delicious sushi and vegetarian options in Newark!

But the standout for me was the spicy salmon—it was absolutely phenomenal! The spice level was just right, enhancing the freshness without overpowering it.

The pork dumplings were equally impressive—steamed to perfection with a juicy filling and a lovely dipping sauce that complemented them beautifully.
