If you are looking for a spot in London, Ontario, that balances consistent quality with genuine heart, the Red Lobster on Wellington Road is it.
For me, this Red Lobster has been the backdrop for some of my most significant milestones—from graduation celebrations to the proud day my mom became a Canadian citizen almost 20 years ago.
What truly sets this location apart is the genuine care. There is a familiar face who has served us for years, and that level of continuity is rare. It’s a constant reminder of how much impact a little attention to detail and a friendly smile can have on an evening.
Whether I’m hosting a friend from out of town or just visiting for a post-Christmas meal, I always leave feeling looked after.
The kitchen consistently delivers. On our most recent visit, we explored the daily and lunch specials, which offer fantastic value without compromising on quality.
* The Standout: The Crab Queso is a must-try—rich, savory, and a perfect 5-star appetizer. Loved their shrimp Alfredo pasta!
* The Legend: The Garlic Cheddar Bay Biscuits are, as always, incredible.
My only warning: try not to “overdose” on them before your main course arrives!

I’ve been going here for 26+years on and off. Always same location and pretty much same layout. Always familiar. Usually go on big occasions, sometimes sad ones, but who doesn’t want some garlic and cheese biscuits… come to think of it I have one I’m gonna go heat up from this trip. It’s during lobster fest but I went for my shrimp usual. My friend went for the lobster. As always the food is quality. The service is also great. And lots and lots of seating. Big free parking lot too bad all the construction in that area recently but it seems to have cleared up. I won’t go over the menu as I’m assuming it’s very familiar to most, but yeah, lots of seafood options.
Always greeted at the door where the lobster aquarium is. If you haven’t been and like sea food, it’s the go to place. Lots of Canadian caught fish. Quality fish. A little on the pricy side,but that’s expected for the quality.

I have not been here in many years. It looks the same from when I visited decades ago. A pleasant surprise is that they had gluten free meals. Finding a meal was like a little complicated with their allergy menu. The staff was pleasant and the food was decent, although slightly salty.
Lots of parking and lots of options for those who can eat gluten. There were several options that are gluten feee.

Glad to have had a laughing experience with the people who matter most to me however the lobster seemed larger than the quantity it was although it was tender I would have preferred the part of the claw oppose to the lobster tail as they have fresh lobster onsite so why not be able to do so.
Veggies and mashed potatoes were regular as to any other restaurant and the steak was decent but definitely not fresh the best part of the meal was the wine and the escargot however for decor the meal presentation resembles the picture on the menu and complimentary porcelain mugs where given and we tried the new drink on the menu which allowed us to take home new cocktail lobster shaker cups and the total bill was $400. Plus and that was definitely not spent on me because I only got the surf and turf, wine and pop one sample of escargot and the calamari was not fresh

I am totally amazed right now! Tried their seafood boil! Just AMAZING! Finally good boils in London that are not over priced! Try their seafood boil Cajun sausage! Our waitress Vanessa was amazing! What a gentle soul! She made myself and my daughter feel like we were home 🙂 thanks to management walking around and making us feel so welcome.

My second time ever trying Red Lobster and it was a hit! we went on Christmas day around 7 pm where it usually dies down so the atmosphere felt warm and quiet which we appreciated. Our waitress was so amazing and personable, I felt right at home.
