I order teriyaki Beef and I got oil beef not one piece of seasoning. The rice to beef portions was terrible. I had a terrible time eating this for 10 dollars there’s so much better food in the mall.
Ps. The way the cook looked me in my eye and dropped the 14 pieces of barely seasoned beef and said with the blankest non caring face saying “here yah go” was wild never again!!! I wouldn’t have mind it if the food was actually good.

No sauce on the beef, I gave up chewing after the fourth mouthful of the chewy beef.

Food is good! Very minimal interaction with the staff since it is quick service in a food court. The food is cooked right in front of you and you can ask them to add extra sauce etc. Their specialty is mainly chicken teriyaki but pictured is their shrimp and chicken and beef meals.

Contrary to popular (yelp) opinions I’ve read, I don’t find the staff here to be rude. I rather enjoy the precision of it all. Maaaaaybe they’ve not held in their exasperation enough, when folks after queuing for a few minutes get to the counter and hem and haw about what to have. Yeah I would have to work hard to hide my displeasure with customers too. Director!
This is a well run machinery. Chicken or shrimp teriyaki, a few sushi rolls there’s not many choices. It’s a quick (healthier than Mac snack). White rice or mixed rice shouldn’t be that hard a decision customers!
Get off your darn thrones, realize that not every spot is supposed to be fine dinning, stop bad mouthing this hardworking staff and business and rate them accordingly! It’s “quick”, cheap, (Japanese) food. Geesh man!
My food wasn’t what I would refer to as extremely tasty, it was just right. I always get white rice with a chicken and shrimp mix.
I’ve been having this each shopping trip since my first visit to Green Acres Mall around 2013.
Of course I’ll be back. Buh how yuh mean!

I ordered from here numerous times through Uber eats especially when they offer the buy one get one free chicken teriyaki. I ordered 2 orders of chicken teriyaki and never ever had an issue until this Tuesday June 10th. I don’t know who did the cooking but the food was off. It didnt have the flavor as I normally would expect. It was more greasier than normal and to me just tasted bland. My wife and son did not enjoy there food as well. She said the food made her nauseous. I always order from here but whoever cooked today it wasn’t good. I hope none of the recipes was changed.

I need to call the food department and let them know how disgusting they are here. They mixed the chicken and shrimp with the same spatula after I told the cook I’m allergic to shrimp then he goes on to clean the top of the grill letting the dust fall all over the chicken. He then tries to serve me the same chicken he let dust fall all over it. Do yourselves a favor and pass on the word that they are unsanitary. Plus they are very rude to the customer. I asked for my money back and got it rightfully. Don’t get food poisoning eating here.

The problem is my colleagues are pescatarians and don’t eat meat.
When my colleague returned to request the correct orders, the staffs, especially the woman at the counter had bad attitudes and did not apologize for the mistake. We were told to wait 20 minutes for the correct bento boxes.
I felt so disappointed because it is not the first time we’ve ordered from this place. The staffs didn’t want to take responsibility for their mistakes
