The people working were incredibly kind and accommodating. They were working hard to make the orders fast and fresh. The workers were having a difficult time with being harassed by a customer repeatedly placing an order and canceling and calling and complaining. I feel very strongly that these employees did their absolute best to remain professional and courteous while not allowing a potential scammer to defraud the establishment. Lee and Amber (I think that was her name?) were excellent. I’ll be back for sure!!

I frequently visit this location and the sandwich makers often look like they just rolled out of bed. they are never happy and often complain about their team not showing up for shifts and working for pennies. Very low vibrational energy in this subway the tomato’s are always mushy and the sandwich makers are not cleaning their hands or utensils from one sandwich to the next so I decided it was best to visit other subways near the NE mall. I do not recommend this subway and would like to make note that the boss who is an Asian man is very disrespectful and has no integrity to run a business that is customer facing very rude and just not business oriented.

I’m so disappointed. I ordered on door dash and they got my order completely wrong. I put on the app to refund me if it wasn’t available, clearly this location doesn’t care to read and will just send whatever because you’re not physically there to watch them prepare your food.

I don’t hardly ever leave reviews but after looking at the reviews I agree with Annabelle on here. You have a gentleman that works in the evening that gets upset easily. I overlooked him in the past when he was working by himself and was frustrated about making five sandwiches. Every time Inwent back in he had someone else working with him. I went in to order last Thursday, walked in and he was the only one there. I could have sworn he went to wash his hand and stated “I hate my job” He was no doubt frustrated he had to wait on me. So I left your store and may not be back.
