We were here celebrating our granddaughters 15th birthday, we sat at a table near the bar and we had James for our server. He made our experience much more delightful, he even showed us how to properly crack Crab Legs. We did notice an incline im the prices, that was a bit of a sticker shock. But we only go once a year on her birthday so it was well worth it.

Food was mediocre. Crab was boiled or steamed with no seasoning. Seasoning is added at the table, but is poorly prepared and tasted off. Lobster tail was a bit mushy and seemed undercooked. The rest of the Ultimate Feast was very good. Biggest irritant was that the 10% discount banners all over the place are misleading as the discount code doesn’t get to you for 24-48 hours, so it only applies to the next visit. There are better choices at this price point and we won’t be back anytime soon.

We love Red Lobster & are grateful that these restaurants still exist. We’re never disappointed in the variety of menu options. The meals are always beautifully presented, delicious, & reasonably priced. Our waiter Ethan was pleasantly attentive & even gave us a free dessert for our belated birthday celebration! The atmosphere was as elegant as more expensive restaurants. Our booth was comfortable & private. It felt as though we were the only guests — very pampered.

I ordered from red lobster a seafood boil and fettuccine seafood Alfredo with extra butter dipping sauce that they sell for 3.50 To make sure my pregnant girlfriend would be happy the day after Valentine’s Day so we can have our date when we called to ask to add ranch to our order. The girl who answered put us on hold and said I need to find somebody who can answer that question and then they forgot our dipping butter sauce. I naturally called five minutes before they close I understand, we picked up 10 minutes before they closed they felt no sense of responsibility to answer the phone Or try to make it right horrible service I’ll leave another review after I eat the food

I really dont go here much anymore. But I was curious about the New Seafood Boil. I wish I could say that it was good. It definitely could have been better and is still slightly overpriced. My potatoes in my boil were not cooked all the way, so I could not eat them. I added sausage to my boil. For the additional price, and I dislike that I don’t get a whole sausage. The Cheddar Biscuits are also made smaller than before, so there’s that. Overall, for the money I spent, I wish it could have been better.

I have been an avid fan of Red Lobster, probably since they first opened their doors to fish and seafood lovers in my home state of Florida back in 1968 and I have surprised and dismayed myself as not having social media appraised any of the dozens of locations I have patronized coast to coast. It goes to show they’ve done quite of bit right for many years. And many have come to enjoy visiting their Nationwide accessibility. Now they are amid Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, and it’s not just bad for them, but it could be disastrous for us fish and seafood lovers and connoisseurs across the country. Their fine attention to quality, reasonably moderate prices, great dining establishments, splendid service and giving the opportunity for we fish and seafood enthusiasts and our pockets. They’ve also been habitat conscious through their Global Ghost Gear Initiative and the Trash Free Seas Alliance. Locally, this location of Red Lobster has been the most frequent of ours over the last few years. We’ve enjoyed the likes of starters such as: some fab Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms; very nicely prepped Breaded Calamari; a really, really, really good Lobster Dip with Spinach, Artichoke and a few different cheeses; not to mention a very good Crab Queso, perfect with their chips. My wife and I being seafood lovers have had the opportunity to enjoy main courses that have included: tender yet crispy outside Cod Fish and Chips; Fried or Stuffed Flounder – always fresh and tender; great offerings of Maine Lobster (can’t get it any less expensive anywhere); Grilled Scallop and Shrimp; a wonderful rendition of Shrimp & Grits; and some very, very good pasta versions of Cajun Chicken Linguini or Shrimp Alfredo. This is not to say that the myriads of other offerings are not above par, the beers, cocktails and refreshments from the bar, as well as other items like steak and chicken have always been above average. In closing, if Red Lobster has learned their lesson that all-you-can-eat shrimp was not profitable (although nice for the consumer, something we can live without!) and overall can improve Lobsters operational management and finances, we may be able to enjoy Red Lobster for a while. Hopefully it will be a long, long time. Kudos Lobster, good luck, good management and great fishing, we hope you’ll be around for a long time to come. Bon appétit.

The food was phenomenal. Perfect portion and seasoned to perfection. Shout out to John the waiter. He was so nice and kind. The professionalism was top notch. I will definitely be paying another visit. The cook I think her name was Savannah but not 100% she deserves a raise. They both do actually. My food was worth every penny.

James was hands down one of the best servers we’ve ever had. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. Our drinks were never empty not once and he somehow always showed up right when we needed a refill without us even having to ask. That kind of awareness and timing seriously makes such a difference. On top of that, he had an amazing attitude the entire time. He was professional but also warm and personable, which made the whole experience enjoyable instead of rushed or awkward. You can tell he actually cares about his job and about making sure guests have a great time, and that effort does not go unnoticed. The service alone made our visit better, and James played a huge role in that. If we come back, we’d absolutely hope to have him as our server again. Management should be proud to have someone like him on their team he truly went above and beyond. Thank you, James, for such an awesome experience!
