Ordered a kids cheeseburger meal, regular cheeseburger meal and dip n dots for $38. The burgers were small and basic for price and completely tasteless with no seasoning. The fries were also tasteless with little or no salt. Sodas were flat and no ice was available. The whole meal was like eating air.
Service could also be improved. I stood at the counter for a few minutes waiting on the lady working to turn around and notice me so I could pick up our order. It’s loud inside the Waterpark so she didn’t hear me. Once she grabbed our order she literally handed us the bag and cups with her back turned to us.
For the price you can DoorDash better burgers from somewhere else. Don’t waste your money.

Buckets is a fast food restaurant located inside Great Wolf Lodge.
I know this review won’t help many people, because if you’re inside Great Wolf Lodge you don’t have a lot of options. The hamburgers cost a ton, but you tell yourself: how bad can it be? I want to get food for everyone so we can continue to enjoy the water, right?
Our experience here was horrible. Horrible! I suggest driving down the road and bringing food back for your family.
But let me explain what was so bad.
We ordered from the kiosk, and it went smoothly enough. $17 hamburger, $13 salad, but it’s amusement park prices, so it’s fine.
Then I join a large group of people waiting for their meals. The screen tells me there are more than 20 orders ahead of me. Okay, busy times on a Tuesday, I don’t mind, seriously.
By the time our food arrives there are more than 30 orders on screen as “being prepared,” and the wait is roughly 45 minutes. The fries are luke warm, the burgers look like they’ve been stepped on, and my chicken Caesar salad is truly awful. It makes me sad, because it’s much worse than a $3 salad kit and I’ve spent $13. Our burgers look like unhappy rejects from a value menu.
The food is bad, the service is non-existent, and the prices are absurd.
Go somewhere else. Seriously. There are dozens of restaurants nearby, and if you must eat inside Great Wolf Lodge, head to Hungry as a Wolf pizza – it wasn’t too bad.
