I feel like wing stop is hit or miss. I had it a couple times while in Alabama and it was not good. I am big on reviews so I was nervous about here from the reviews they are getting a bad reputation, but it was by my hotel and it was late. So we had to try it. I’m thankful we didn’t have a bad experience. I place the order online and once we got there only had to wait like 15min after it was supposed to be done. My husband stated the manager was on the staff to try an get the orders out fast too. The food was good as well. My chicken wasn’t dry or tough. So from a tourist perspective I like it.

I called in to place an order, and while I was placing the order the employee, asked me to hold on and when he returned to the phone he said I’m sorry my manager said I can’t take your order because your order is over $30 (maybe about $35). I have never heard such a thing. This made my decision easy to not continue with my order. This was not a catering order either might I add. Poor customer service and establishment.

The food is always made right, the customer service is always perfect, the restaurant is clean, the staff is professional nice respectful and the store manager is the sweetest considerate most understanding person. If I could give zero stars I would. I just paid $42.00 for 24 wings. It was supposed to come with 3 ranch. I should of KNOWN the order was messed up when I received 1. No biggie
It’s cold. I leave the bag in the car and tell the guy at the cashier’s stand you said it comes with 3 ranch I only got one. RED FLAG he asked to see the bag. What in the world? So I complied. He saw there was only 1 and gave me three. I told him that was crazy that he had to verify I didn’t receive the ranch but I was not salty about it. I left drove 25 minutes home. I went to feed my child, counted the wings and it was 16. 16!!! I flew mad as idk what to them. Gave the same guy my bag and said yall sold me 16 wings when I asked for 24. I want my money back. This guy had the nerve to ask if we ate any? But saw my face and quickly said never mind. What is this location doing? Who owns this place? Is it because you are in a black neighborhood that you all feel you can take people’s money and give them anything but what they paid for? I’ll take my coins to Bufflo before I EVER go back there. The whole store needs a quality audit. Terrible!!!

I went during a busy time, there was a lot of people and a lot of orders , yet the staff was still very attentive attended me shortly after I got there and were extremely friendly. I had a big order of 50 wings 5 fries and The wings were great , they were juicy and covered in sauce, they weren’t rushed and the order was given in a reasonable amount of time.

Terrible place. They take forever to give us our food, THEN they proceed to give the wrong order. First literally no one greets you, the manager took our order and didn’t ask if we wanted bone in or boneless, like aren’t they supposed to ask? And also the manager had an attitude the whole entire time while taking my order, SHE WAS ALSO ON FACETIME. We had to spend like 100 dollars there because she kept getting our order wrong. The manager’s name is Khadija by the way.

I had to edit my review, I originally put 4 stars but I have to give them a 1 star now. Food was not good. The chicken wings were so dry it was worst than the ones in 711 that’s been sitting out all day. The fries were soggy. Plus they gave me NO flats all drums. Almost $17 just to almost choke to death trying to eat these mini wings. I probably won’t eat at this establishment or maybe any other wing stop.
