My husband ordered me a latte with extra foam (if he doesn’t order exyra it never ever has foam at all)& we live 2 blocks from the store & when he got home there was absolutely No foam whatsoever, not even on the lid. This happens frequently as in more times than nor. We are done going to this Scooters & that means we’ll be having much less Scooters because there’s a dunkin closer than the next closest Scooters & they seem to know how to put foam on a latte, it’s not even necessary to order it with extra. When one of us calls to ask why there’s no foam we get told if you want foam you have to order a cappuccino. Now on your website the description of a latte says foam, lattes have foam they’re just not super sweet like a cappuccino. I don’t order cappuccinos because they’re too sweet, since Scooters can’t seem to do foam in a latte we won’t be coming back anymore at least to this Scooters on 68th & O st in Lincoln NE, I’m tired of paying that much for a plain coffee with flavored creamer, I can make that at home a whole lot cheaper

My little sister had a gift card, barista didn’t try to run it again after incorrectly typing the pin and embarrassed her telling her it was invalid, she was extremely embarrassed and started crying and apologizing since we paid for her. Lo and behold I checked the balance and it said it had $15 on it. Worked at another scooters perfectly. Line took 10 minutes to get through as well. Drinks were good!

They were very negative when asked to remake a drink. The drink had no flavoring in it and they didn’t add in Carmel. I asked nicely and instead of being calm and okay with the mistake they made they were rude. First time any scooters employee has been like that to me.

Great coffee shop. Setup with booths and lots space for studying or hanging out. Ordered a Candy Bar (Heath) mocha. They can make it taste similar to any candy bar you like. Very friendly staff. Will return if ever in Lincoln again.

Need to fix your ac by the speaker it’s too dang loud i shouldn’t have to repeat myself two times to have to come to the window.. tell my order to one gal get window closed on only to be welcomed by another gal to double check my order I just drove off shouldnt have to be that much of a hassle

Have been here multiple times, the girl doing drive thru orders today at 12:40p cut me off mid coffee order “Okay scoot around” I hadn’t even said the whole order so when I tried to make sure she heard that I needed it to be oat milk she said said “YUP. Scoot. Around.” Like it was an inconvenience that I was there.

I am upset with this establishment. Not only have I got incorrectly or terribly made poor quality drinks 5 SEPARATE times in the last 2 months. I’ve also seen employees smoking marijuana on the side of the building. It’s hard for me to believe that there is any care or customer service.
I complained and a female manager said sorry new employees…I was told that I would receive a $30 credit on my scooters account and I never received it. Because of the issues and I think I’m all done with this scooters.I don’t know if I will ever go there ever again.

Someone has been sprinkling the love on this place. From the cleanliness of the tidy dining room to the responsive service inside and drive through you can feel the vibe that you are going to get good things and get them with a genuine smile.
Idk if it’s just a manager who cares or if a magic ray of sunshine touched this place but seriously the worst thing that I’ve ever experienced here was a long line for the awesome they have inside.
If you are going to scooters go to this one and tip well.
Inside has a unique cozy loft for meetings that is cool. Clean restrooms and I mean every time.
I’ve gotten my girlie daughter many a Foo Foo here as well as stopped with my wife during a long bike ride. Weather we were clean and perky or sweaty and tired they treated us like royalty and served up the killer joe with bells on their toes.
Cheers awesome people of scooters your super powers have won me over.

Impressed that everything went really smooth and quick through the drive through during morning rush. Food was tasty, but I ordered an Americano and received regular brewed coffee. Really bummed when I got to work.
