Olive Garden always has the same tasting food never gets better and goes up in price. As I order endless soup& salad,my soup&salad was gone had to wait 15min as my server turn his back to the dinning area and hide from his job duty’s. Finally he returned we ordered are next soup still didn’t fill my water. Costumer service in this place is usually good but not today.

This has been one of the best locations I’ve visited out of all the states I’ve lived in. The customer service was outstanding and the food was well prepared. The server really made sure that we were taken care of by asking if we needed anything and also by making sure are food was prepared as we had asked. The food was well seasoned and our pastas were not dry. Everything was made perfect. Will definitely be returning to this location!

Went on Valentines Day super packed. Lots of unhappy people and the hostess said I’m sorry alot. The seating system needs some work. Apparently it was not first come first serve for a establishment that doesn’t take reservations.
Once we had out table, waiter was phenomenal. Excellent recommendations and great sense of humor. Came back often.
Food was top notch. Fresh salad and super fresh breadsticks.
Both our meals were more than we could eat. Hot fresh delicious. We left very satisfied.
The wife had a strawberry daiquiri. Perfectly made.
Great staff!!

The wait was terrible, had to sit at the bar. The plate looks decent, but the chicken was bland and not crispy-just soggy. The food was mediocre. No flavor. I didn’t even bother with the bread sticks – they just look nasty and boring. (Dough sticks) I do not plan on returning, Olive Garden is an insult to Italian Food!!

Was told a 10 to 15 minute wait for our party of 2. While waiting a lady said they skipped her for seating. 25 minutes later they offered us a table but another couple ahead of us was also skipped so we gave it to them. 5 minutes later they skipped us and gave another couple the next table. We asked why , a manager was called and finally we just said fine give it to them and left the restaurant. Don’t argue with the customer or make excuses. I have worked retail for 40 years. Just solve the problem don’t make excuses. We have always ate here on our anniversary. Not sure what will we do but you left a bad taste in our mouth. No pun intended. Your system does not work if 3 couples are skipped when seating them. Very disappointed. You are allowed to make mistakes but not 3 times in a row.

Olive Garden located off 168th Street in Omaha is always a good pick. The food tastes great, staff appear happy, and the restaurant is very clean. My daughter and I were there around 2 pm for lunch and we sat next to each other in order to hear each other without straining over other carrying voices from nearby tables. We were sad that that our waitress did not give us the usual chocolate mint candies after dining. Also, the Zuppa (soup) serving was half of what I am used to receiving, however, we were able to get free second servings.

We recently ordered food ‘to go’ from this Olive Garden location. It was surprisingly really good and food stayed warm and fresh. It did not “look” the best – but it tasted good! Pictured is the ‘lasagna classico’ and a ‘create your own’ pasta (with angel hair pasta, creamy mushroom sauce and 1 chicken fritta). The meals also each came with a large salad! Definitely way larger than a typical single serving salad – the salad was great as always. Note: I would recommend getting more like 2-3 chicken frittas if doing create your own pasta. Also, you get 2 breadsticks per meal with to-go orders – Olive garden breadsticks… always a hit! We don’t eat there often, but this was a good experience and will do it again!

First off, Italian is not my preferred cuisine, but my husband loves Olive Garden’s salad. I’m a soup lover, so we go for the soup, salad and bread sticks. The Toscana and the Chicken Gnocchi are my favorite soups, and today they were spectacular. Tender gnocchi, perfect kale and sausage; it was so good. The food was great, but additionally where this store really shines is their people. Often we have had such stellar service, that I’ve sought out a manager to give kudos. Today I decided to let you all know. Our host was joyful and welcoming. Such a great start to the experience! I’m guessing when a server finds out we want the soup, salad and bread sticks, we represent a lot of work and a small tab. The total with tax was just over $21 for two people. Our server was kind, attentive and delightful. Not only that but yet another server checked on us and brought us refills even though they were not assigned to us. I’m going to assume that the management hires good people and then encourages them. That’s what I want to believe, because these people are gems. The positivity is that pervasive! I’ll add a few decor pics here too; I think the place is just so interesting.

Terrible service. Staff available but no one servicing our table. Manager tried to rectify with discount on bill, which is appreciated, but the two hour experience was just filled with repeated lack of basic service…even with the managers assistance. He took a to go order and failed to enter in the system. He wanted to deliver one of the drinks that took about 40 mins to receive. No drink order when we were seated. No wait staff when we were seated. No refills. We only got appetizers from ordering on the kiosk. Again, just not a good service experience.
