Came on New Year’s eve expecting to wait and have slow service, but we actually were in and out within an hour. We didn’t have to wait long to be seated and we received our food quickly. Best location in the area

This was the perfect stop after a long work day for the early dining special! I’ve had wonderful experiences at other locations, and my first time at the Sterling Heights location did not disappoint. The bar staff took excellent care of me and served my food promptly and with a smile, and were very kind and attentive. The manager even came over and asked how my meal was, which is such a nice touch. Another outstanding experience, and the reason why TR is my favorite chain!

What a great experience! I went with a large group (11) and they were able to seat us easily. Our waitress Taylor was the sweetest, on top of refills and super kind. Food was super tasty and was a great experience overall! Did a great job with my friends birthday celebration as well.

I’ve always enjoyed my steak here, but my recent visit was a complete disappointment. my wife and I arrived at 9:34 p.m., and there were two girls sitting at the front desk we waited a few minutes until one of them came to help us. the other host then took us to our table, and we were shocked to find it so dirty. the tablecloth and the surface underneath were covered in dirty ( napkins and left food , as shown in the pictures attached,!
I asked if we could sit at the table next to the dirty one, but the host refused. She said that this was the only open table, and the other tables were not. she started wiping the table, and I was shocked. I asked her if there was another table we could sit at, but she said that there was only this one.
I pointed at the bar, and she said that we could sit there. she just left and didn’t even grab our plates, silverware, or the bread. she left everything on the dirty table …!!!
I wanted to leave the restaurant, but my wife was pregnant and was craving steak. also I had ordered medium-well ribeye, but I got all pink steak. the food was not up to the standard I had come to expect.
I know that this isn’t typical of the restaurant, but it made the experience even more disheartening. I truly hope that this was just an off day.

One of the few chain steakhouses that’s always constant on quality everywhere. I was impressed I was able to still get the prime rib at 8pm on a Friday night.

Took my son for dinner and we both loved everything. Victor was great and attentive and was always super fast with his service. They accidentally took away our food when we ran to the bathroom and when we came back the floor manager Jade offered to make a whole new steak and took his meal off of our bill. 10/10 will definitely be back. Everything was wonderful.

Hands down the best chain resturant. The steaks are excellent! You get a LOT of food and the value is GREAT! Tonight our waitress Madison was the best we have had in a while! They need to keep her around! We will be back as it’s one of our favorites!

Loved the food and the waitress kept my cup filled up. The only thing I had an issue with was she kept giving us the eye to get up… It was my husband’s birthday and we celebrated with our friends and we wanted to sit and talk and she was all about cleaning her section out for the next customers. Once she saw that we paid, then she instantly stopped serving us. That’s not ever good for business…. Everything else was very good…

I’d advise everyone to Google your specific Texas Roadhouse area and click on “wait-list” that way it’s faster than just going there,,, less than 5mins wait. NY steak was great but observe your food cuz I found a piece of cardboard mixed in mine, didn’t so me from eating it though lol. They were sorry and took a bit of the check.

The restaurant atmosphere was amazing, the service was on point as well. We had Kristen, who was so kind and attentive. She offered suggestions and checked on us regularly, keeping the drinks full and clearing away all of the unwanted dishes as we ate. The cactus blossom was cooked to perfection. The salmon filets were good, though I personally could have done with a softer crust. However, that’s my own personal preference. The flavor was amazing and the sweet potato/mashed potatoes were flavorful and cooked well.
