Arrived home on a flight from LAX and wanted breakfast. The only breakfast place open at 530am was IHOP. There were only 2 other tables there at that time. It was quiet. The place was clean and bright. The server was finishing up he shift, but was still friendly and helpful. I ordered an omelet and my friend ordered eggs, bacon and French toast. My omelet was good. My friend said his meal was average. I was pleasantly surprised at IHOP. It was better than I remembered.

Food was so good, probably the best ihop experience ive had vs other locations. The crispiest hash browns ive gotten when ive asked for them extra crispy, the french toast was HUGE and they layered the fruit between them too my omelet was fresh and fluffy, no rubbery texture or anything. Erica was our server and she was great, checked in on us and made sure to grab us stuff when we needed it! 10/10

I found a hair in my food (see photo), which immediately made the entire meal inedible for me. I politely let the staff know, and they initially only wanted to comp that single item. When I explained that I wasn’t comfortable eating any of the food after that, the manager responded with, “but there’s no hair in the rest of it.”
While they did eventually comp the full meal, it came with a lot of attitude, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Accidents happen — that’s understandable — but how they’re handled matters just as much. Unfortunately, the response here was dismissive rather than apologetic.

We were sat and waited 26 minutes to even see a server. Asked the manager for our server around the 10 min mark and was told we’d get one soon. Our server was nice and great, so I’m guessing they waited for one to clock in before giving us one. This should’ve been communicated though. T-bone was ordered medium rare but came out between medium well and well done. I used to regular this IHOP and have never had an experience this poor, but it was crazy. Pancakes, shake, and potatoes were good like always but tbone and eggs definitely needed some help.
Edit: Filled out the form and was later given a number to call. Turned out to be the to-go order phone number. Gave them my phone number on request but haven’t heard anything since. Would’ve been better if the review wasn’t replied to at all.

We waited around an hour for our food to come out, but then again it was a Saturday morning. It was well worth the wait, and our server brought us as much coffee as we wanted. It was my wife’s first IHOP experience and it definitely lived up to her expectations. Thanks! My only complaint is that the men’s room had no hand soap after I squeezed the last bit out, and it still didn’t have any an hour later despite me notifying the hostess that it was out.

Server was quick and friendly. Food was served without delay. I have to mention that the hash browns were cold – chilled to the touch. The server quickly brought out another portion that was properly heated.
The cushions in the booth where we were seated really need to be replaced. We sank down too low to be comfortable on either end of the cushions and had to sit in the middle, over a support.

After years of eating here, the food is still delicious as always! The servers are so sweet and I wish we could continue to eat in! I say that because the past few times we’ve been- the building stinks so bad! Seems to be coming from the bathrooms? It makes the whole place smell. There are many improvements that are needed like the ant problem and ripped seats. Definitely still ordering to go though!

Our food was okay, I didn’t care for the biscuits and gravy. The gravy tasted like they put too much flour in it and no sausage in it. I’m used to our down south gravy.
They seated us in the back room. We felt lost back there and sat for a bit with no coffee or water, just menus. Amanda was great trying so hard to make up for the fact. She’s definitely an asset to the company. It was not her fault that the gravy was not good, I had lipstick on my coffee cup, and we were seated without her knowledge.
I would recommend stopping for breakfast but stear away from the gravy, in my opinion.

The food was great! The kitchen was slow and most of the staff looked miserable or angry. Keely was our server and she was timely, pleasant and got everything right the first time around. But we waited 15 minutes for a table in an almost empty restaurant at noon on a Saturday. The host and the other servers that were coming up to the computer in the lobby were disheveled and either stressed out or just rude. After ordering we waited 30 minutes for 2 adult meals (omelette and pancakes) and 2 kids meals(pancakes). Apparently the kitchen was swamped with carryouts. Why wouldn’t you prioritize dine in customers over carryouts?

My family and I attempted to eat dinner at this location and we were shocked at how disgusting the restaurant was. We waited in the lobby for about 5 minutes before an employee eventually came out to seat us. Once seated we waited about 10 minutes and a server never came out of the kitchen. There was one other table and they weren’t being waited on either. We could hear a group of people goofing around in the kitchen. The dining room was full of tables that had not been cleaned off. We were disappointed as we had not been in years but we will not be going back.
