The crawfish looked great and the presentation was very nice. However, the cooking and seasoning seemed a bit uneven. The crawfish on the top had a lot of flavor and tasted really good, but the ones at the bottom were a bit bland and didn’t seem to have the same seasoning.
The service overall was good. One of the servers was especially great and very attentive. Another server had a very friendly attitude with customers, which we appreciated, but it did seem like there was some frustration with the staff behind the scenes, as there was some yelling coming from her.
That said, the rest of the staff was very nice the entire time and made the experience pleasant. With a little more consistency in the cooking and seasoning, this place could be really great.o
