Well the food is good. It is hot, which is great. But, it is very tacky that in the middle of the counter where you pick up your food, there is a coffee can that says “ Hey, I just met you and I made your food, so tip me. “
Very very tacky, it would not have been so bad, but where you pay there is a red coffee can saying to tip as well. This is not Jeff Ruby’s , it’s a walk up at an outlet mall.

Ordered a steak bowl, and was nothing but a pile of wet rice and a little bit of flavorless shredded steak. They would not refund my money so I substituted the gyro instead. It was better , but the pita bread fell apart. I will not eat that food again .

I had the same kind of poor experience from *Joe*. He gave me attitude when I asked if they had turkey…saying no in a voice that portrayed that I was an imbicile or something….and then when I took a second to look at the menu to see what else I could choose (cuz no turkey) he said *I’m waiting…* like I was bothering him by standing there…wasting his time. So I said *nevermind, I am not ordering if you are going to talk to me that way* and I asked if he was the owner (wanting to report his disrespectful, jerky attitude). He said he didn’t have to tell me and that if I didn’t order I needed to leave or else he would call security. I kid you not! I then proceeded to tell him I only wanted his name to report to his boss or the owner how absolutely jerky he was! No social skills at all! He still didn’t tell me, so I then asked his co workers who he was…and he yelled at them *don’t you talk to that lady…she doesn’t need to know who I am*. He then in fact DID call security on me because since he wouldn’t tell me his name and the co workers wouldn’t talk to me, I asked a customer in line if I could use them as a reference when I reported him to the owner (ie. they witnessed the whole crazy episode). The customer standing in line said absolutely, and as Joe continued to yell, the customer said *you don’t have to talk to her like that…she is only politely asking what your name is but you keep talking to her like she is garbage*. Security came and he continued to yell. Did I mention I was calmly asking his name….I didn’t carry on or yell or curse…I just didn’t want to leave without his name…because I wanted to report his jerky attitude…which of course just kept getting jerkier and jerkier. If I owned a business, I sure as heck would want someone to tell me if one of my workers was disrespectful to a customer and losing business for me!!! Security apologized to ME (remember, HE called security, not me) and told me his name was Joe, and that he was the manager. After speaking to security, I filled out a complaint card at the mall desk. And wouldn’t you know it, the complaint that was filled out on the top of the stack had Joe’s name on it….which I saw when the gal opened the complaint book to give me a blank form?! So how does a person with multiple complaints and such attitude continue to hold a manager position?! It is boggling! I can’t seem to find out who the owner is, either, to let them know. Because it does not look like this place is a chain. Very frustrating! I wouldn’t eat there if they gave it to me free!!!!

The man at the register is rude and very nasty. I feel bad for the kids that work there. They looked as miserable as all of us standing in line bonding over our miserable experience with him. I gave the kids a tip in the tip jar. I hope they are the ones to receive it. I will not be back and posted on social media to make sure none of my family/friends makes the same mistake.

Nope. Not here. Not today. Way too overpriced for the tiny portion of food you get.

I ordered a Philly Burger with all the toppings. It was sooo bland, a piece of cardboard might have tasted better.

My wife ordered their gyro, it was okay.

I love Steak it out!! I work across the street from the mall at the truck stop and we tried Steak it out one day an been eating it ever since. The girls that run the place are wonderful they even let me call our order in and when i get there to pick it up it is fresh and hot. I tell all the truck drivers about Steak it out tell them it is the place to eat!!!!

The man named Joe working there has a very rude attitude. He acts like he doesn’t want to take any food orders, but has the nerve to have a tip jar asking for tips. Maybe if he smiled and acted like he wants your business people would actually order and leave a tip. We didn’t order because of his extremely rude attitude.

They act like they are offended to have any business at all. They all looked miserable and were NOT FRIENDLY in the least. Wonder how long they will stay in business with that attitude? I paid $3.09 for a drink. I wish someone could have at least faked a smile for that price.

I wouldn’t recommend it at all . Food is dry and the manager has a nasty attitude. I have asked for a philly stake, and I paid for it then ended up throwing it away.. don’t understand why not serving people right !????
