Dare I say I actually felt like I was in Europe with how divine these croissants are!? The pistachio croissant is not too sweet, and has genuine pistachio filling. The almond croissant was a sweet treat. I also bought a few butter croissants to-go to enjoy with my eggs at home in the mornings. The butter is a classic and definitely my favorite! Definitely going to be back for more. The worker was so kind in answering my questions and I enjoyed the environment.

At a time when inflation has driven even lame chain fast-food to premium prices, I find myself loving Chaupain bakery more and more. I truly feel like every dollar is well-spent here. Their pastries? Phenomenal, well-made and beautiful, with some of the smoothest pastry cream I’ve encountered. Their breakfasts? SO delicious, with great portion size. Highly recommend their bacon mushroom and leek quiche! Every time I’ve been here, staff have been quick and helpful. The only tricky part is finding a table haha, there’s a reason this place is so popular!

We live in SC and have been here many times. They just remodeled the place with a lot more room inside to order and sit. We always sit outside and enjoy the SC street scene on Sunday AM’s. Their food is really top notch – see attached pic of breakfast burrito and egg/bacon on croissant. Their service is slow, but that’s OK – you don’t go here for a quick stop-by. You go here to relax and enjoy.

Went there this weekend and I was surprised by how fresh and tasty the croissants were. The staff were super friendly, and the coffee was delicious. This is definitely one of my new favorite places to go, and I can’t wait to try their other pastries! They recently opened other locations too.

This place was even better than advertised. We were advised before our trip to check it out, and enjoy some of the yummy baked goodies while in San Clemente. Not only were there AMAZING pastries, but also a selection of crazy delicious house made yogurt flavors. The staff were friendly and helpful, the space is clean and inviting, including the outdoor space.

The dessert here is not only delicious, but also exquisite, it is a double enjoyment of the eye and the taste. The atmosphere is charming and cozy, I especially loved the outdoor seating right outside the door, which provides a lovely spot to enjoy your treats while soaking in the neighborhood ambiance.

It looks awesome in the pictures but I am frustrated because on my way to LAX it looked like a perfect spot to stop and take care couple of things on my laptop. I ordered nice sandwich but meah! It was fine nothing special, tea is also same, nothing special. Half the things doesn’t have price tag! Yeah they are expensive and they don’t have Wi-Fi for customers and no electric plugs on the wall! So buy your expensive pastries and go kind of place. Don’t know man I am disappointed because I had to take care things and wanted to enjoy good food. The Americans haven’t been in a good European bakery might think this is 4.8 place but more like 4.2 maybe 4 to me.
