Yesterday was our Anniversary and we went for lunch at Olive Gardens cause its my Husband’s fav restaurant.
We ordered 1 appetizers, 1 entree which comes with unlimited soup/salad and breadsticks. 1 ravioli pasta.
Food tasted amazing as usual. We rate it 5/5

Shockingly it was my worse experience at this location. I sat and the bar my space, the space left of me and the 2 on my right were dirty. I sat for about 7 minutes as the bar keeper walked by me several times asking if I was ready. Never did she attempt to wipe the bar top. I ordered a drink and she sat it on the dirty bar and went about her business. 8 had to ASK her to wipe it. When she did the rag was so wet she left water on the bar top. I asked a lady across from me for napkins to dry the bar top. I then proceeded to order appetizers when she stopped me and said the deep fryer was broken and there would be no appetizers available. Okay, I asked for salad and chicke parm. I waited 20+ minutes for a salad and when it came it looked like a leftover salad a different table had. The silverware was filthy! I then ordered a pinot and was never asked if I wanted just the glass or carafe. I was handed a filthy glass! It was VISIBLY dirty. Lip gloss, lip stick amd finger prints everywhere. I was there an hour before getting my entree. 2 ladies that sat down as I did hadn’t received their meal and silverware was also sent back dirty. There was a table a senior ladies sitting behind me when I arrived and they were also expressing their issues with not getting their salad/food on time. When my food finally arrived it was so salty! The chicken parm was crunchy on the outside and noy thoroughly cooked inside. I’m not sure what was going on that day but it was the worst experience I’ve had at that location. Very disappointed!

I am writing to commend Mr. Jeremy Alexander, Manager of Olive Garden #1370 in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, for his exceptional leadership and commitment to customer service.
My family and I have been longtime guests of Olive Garden and recently visited for dinner on Monday, February 16, 2026. During this visit, we experienced a few concerns regarding service and communication. There was confusion about the timing of the soup and salad pricing change, we were not offered cheese or bread in the usual manner with our entrees and salad, and there was a noticeable delay in receiving our meals. As frequent patrons, we recognize when the quality of service does not reflect the standard we have come to expect.
Fortunately, Mr. Jeremy Alexander stepped in and demonstrated exactly what true hospitality leadership looks like. He listened attentively, addressed our concerns professionally, and made my family feel heard, respected, and valued. His calm demeanor and commitment to ensuring a positive dining experience made all the difference.
In today’s environment, it is rare to encounter a manager so genuinely dedicated to quality service and customer satisfaction. Because of Mr. Alexander’s professionalism and responsiveness, we will absolutely continue dining at this location.
Please recognize Mr. Jeremy Alexander for exemplifying the standards of excellence that customers appreciate and remember.

This place needs a health inspection. First there was a large streak of white sludge inside my wife’s water glass. Then we noticed her napkin had a large crusted stain. Then my salad plate had finger prints all over it. This was on top of needing to wait about 25 minutes for our drinks and over a half hour for breadsticks. A bad experience tonight ruined a family birthday. Never coming back.

There wasn’t much of a wait to be seated. Our server was very pleasant, helpful, and professional. The atmosphere was very comfortable, even though the place was a little crowded.
Our food orders came out correct and fairly quickly. Each food item was well-prpared. Our food arrived hot, and very tasty. There were no regrets with any of our food or beverage choices.
Overall, this was an excellent dining experience for my family. Thank you, Olive Garden! You’re doing a great job at Bala Cynwyd!

Everything was beautiful as usual. However, I decided to go off course with three things. My favorite soup, drink and entrée. The raspberry lemonade had killer lemon juice. I tried the new soup, Zucca Tacusso something, instead of my chicken knocci. It was so bland and watery. Barely had any meat and the potatoes gave a sweet flavor last and but not least my entrée. The size portion of my lasagna and chicken parm was very disappointing I spent a lot of my time send my stuff back

Service was beyond awful. I think it was purposefully bad. Our waiter kept returning to the adjacent tables. We asked many times for soda refills, but alas….NONE. The next table received their refills, more than once. He completely ignored us. Minestone soup was bland. Food tasted reheated.

We just had dinner there. There were three of us, and we had to wait about 30 minutes just to get water. The waitstaff showed little willingness to help. It wasn’t until the manager came over to ask how things were going that we finally received proper attention.
At the end, we were charged for items that never made it to the table, and then had to wait another 20 minutes for the server to bring the takeout box. Eventually, we had to get up and look for her ourselves because she forgot.
Overall, the service was very disappointing. We truly regret paying for this experience. Customers should be reimbursed in situations like this.
