There’s absolutely NO reason after waiting 8 cars long and 8 mins per customer at a speaker to order only to receive an old cup of coffee at 6:30 a.m. in the morning!! I literally had to give it back and tell them I’d go back around to wait for a fresh cup, TWICE again!! Second time, they gave me my same coffee back, then on third round, I finally got a fresh one! Now before all of you Campbell-lites attack me and complain how you’re JUST happy to have someplace here in town, well, I too am from here but STOP SETTLING!! This isn’t the occasional mess up…I’ve gone out of my way literally to visit Midlothian/Market Dunkin because they NEVER disappoint! But every time I decide to give my city a try again, it’s a negative outcome. In fact, the problem here is that all staff and management needs swept out and this store needs a reset!! Better training!! C’mon…Do BETTER Campbell Dunkin Donuts!! Teach the employees how to make fresh coffee, fresh food items. They leave frozen food out so it cooks faster! Really?! You’re simply reheating here!! Teach them how to stir the product. Teach them the difference between donuts; A long John and fillings, Bismark vs. Creams, and also the importantance of greeting customers, a little kindness and a smile!!

I came this morning around 9am, my coffee tasted like it had ZERO sugar and I couldn’t taste any of the caramel flavor I requested. I also ordered a refresher with liquid sugar, none was present. I used to love getting coffee here, but I see they’ve really lowered the standard for employees.

The inside of this Dunkin location was small, but there were plenty of drink and food options. I also love and appreciate the fact that this location is open 24 hours a day!

What the world is going on with this dunkin. I ordered 10 liquid cane sugar and I got 1inch of sugar at the bottom and this is after I asked them to fix my order. The person who take my was rude and disrespectful and was more concern of being her the phone yelling at what appears to be a boyfriend. Poor customer service all around . And it doesn’t even deserve a 1 star . Been ordering the same order from the same dunkin for 3 years

I love Dunkin but this location is HORRIBLE. I’d rather drive out of my way than to go to this location. I went inside thinking it would be quicker. Well that was a big mistake. They werent understaffed at all and it appeared as if they lacked team work. To wait 15 plus minutes for a coffee is wild and even more so that it wasn’t made correctly, Especially when you have workers on FaceTime or walking around doing nothing but being obnoxious. Someone walked out because they were taking to long and a lady even had to ask if there was anyone working the counter because none of us were being acknowledged. And let me add I’ve been a server for 6 years and y’all really need to do better. Instead of the “that’s not my job” mindset focus on taking care of the customers because at the end of the day, that IS YOUR JOB.

AWFUL service, there’s always a long wait for an order that is always wrong. The staff are rude, with terrible attitudes, and are very angry you have the gall to be ordering from them. Just go to Starbucks.
