Our new Go-to Burger King. Modern decor. Clean inside. Employees pleasant. Managers very accommodating. Burgers were freshly made as we requested. Nice and hot. As were the French fries. Corner of Nyes Rd and Derry across from Rutters.

Food is ok and the people are nice. But the service is slow. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE VERY YOUNG CHILDREN. I’ve been there twice in the evening, months apart, and every time it takes forever to put in an order and then forever to get your food. They must be short-staffed.

Im a annoyed that I got 2, 8 piece nuggets and a large fry. Both 8 pieces were literally soggy like they cut the fry time short for whatever reason….. I was the ONLY car in the drive thru at least cook my food. My large fry was legit half empty. Like I didn’t come to the window and give you guys half the $15 the total was. Cook my food and fill it. Also was never asked or given a drink with my daughter’s kids meal or sauces for the nuggets. Its literally just stealing money at this point

Deff reporting this to state health inspectors. Disgusting old food and customer service sucks. This is by far the most disgusting, dry, old cold food I ever had. Will report on Monday to state. Staff don’t give a crap about you or the morning food served at night.

They need to put a manager in this store to see how the employees are fighting! Everything was filthy, the floor, the area where they prepare the food, and also the way they prepared the food. The employee was telling customers to wait, saying she couldn’t serve them because she didn’t know where their food was, and then she went back to arguing with another employee. They should close this store!

**Avoid this location at all cost**
Sat in the drive thru along with another car for a while. They never even said anything on the speaker. We ended up going into the restaurant. I would have 100% gone to the next fast food place, but I ordered a mobile order and paid for it. This place is horrible.

The staff was friendly and fast. I had forgotten my picky. Son would not eat a burger with seeds on the bun, and they were happy to replace it with a brioche or potato bun, I can’t remember what kind it was but they saved the day!

Linda and Hailee are very friendly and helpful. Every time I come here I get excellent service. I especially love the fact that they decorate for all the holidays as well as dress up for them. As far as Burger King’s go this is the number one spot in the whole central Pennsylvania area.
