Came to this place for lunch. Friendly staff from when we walked in. Great service. Had to wait a lil bit for the waiter to take our order or even greet us at the table. Order steak shrimp and a chicken fried steak. The food was good. I asked for medium rare and surprisingly the cook did a good job on my steak! Then after the we didn’t see our waiter again until the end and another guy basically took over our waiter spot. Friendly guy with glasses! Good job to him.

Wow the food was really good, the service outstanding. My one complaint is that it was super noisy. The wait was not so long. We got full on just the bread and the peanuts. We had Eliza, she was amazing!. lol

Texas roadhouse is a lively and noisy restaurant, but we know that before going. All the ones we’ve been to the food has been consistently great and this one was no different. Service can be a bit hit and miss at times, but our server here was excellent. Checked on us many times, and made sure everything was great. I do love the fact that the managers visit every table just to make sure all the patrons are satisfied. Definitely.Would be back again when you’re back in this area.

Although the parking for the handicap is very limited, the service was absolutely amazing. Alex, our Food Executive, was outstanding!!! His recommendations were right on point. My wife and I were truly impressed with his attentive detail to my needs since I’m allergic to onions. They make sure that everyone has a great experience and care tremendously about their customers and veterans. Gina, the front of the house manager was impeccable. She made sure that everyone had a great dining experience. The food was simply spectacular in every way. The chef and his cooking staff did an amazing job on the food. I’d always recommend for everyone to go visit wether you’re just visiting or just wanting great steaks and other food to dine here. 5 stars all the way….

Recently ordered catering for prime rib. It was beautifully prepared and everyone loved it. Staff were very nice and helpful. Catering allows you to order what you need and have it prepared ahead of time. In store dining looks best for 2 to 4 people. I’m sure they could accommodate more.

The steaks were perfect.shrimp was slightly overdone but that’s more me nick picking. Staff was very good and accommodating to someone with a walker.
Atmosphere was typical of most Texas Roadhouse visits anywhere.
For 3 people main meal and shared appetizer and one dessert bill was right at 100.00. With that said we were celebrating a event so we ordered what we may not have normally.
For sure will walk through their doors again and enjoy a great meal.

This was a surprisingly disappointing experience.
My friend and I stopped into Texas Roadhouse to watch a playoff game and have a couple beers at the bar. We’re both respectful, clean-cut guys, not loud, not disruptive, just sitting and watching football. We had eaten before coming in and weren’t planning on ordering food.
After our second beer, we were told there’s a two-drink limit unless you order food, and a hard cap of three drinks total. There’s no posted sign anywhere explaining this. When we asked about the policy, instead of a calm explanation, the manager stepped in and told us another establishment might be “a better fit,” implying we were making others uncomfortable. That simply wasn’t the case.
We’ve been here plenty of times before including the night prior to watch fights and never had an issue ordering drinks without food. When we mentioned that, the response was defensive and felt more like blame-shifting than customer service.
We paid our tab and left, but the whole situation felt unnecessary and poorly handled. I expect consistency and basic respect, especially when customers aren’t doing anything wrong.

It has been a while since we’ve eaten here, so we just had to take up our friends on the offer of an early Christmas dinner. The 5 of us were greeted by KC…oh my what a pleasant and smiling person…the beginning of a very pleasant evening. Josiah was our server. He was polite, professional, and has a great sense of humor. I really like the chili, but had to send it back as it had cooled off by the time it got to our table, replaced by a nice and hot bowl melting the cheese this time. Saved most of it to drown my baked potato when the meal arrived. I had the filet medallions, medium rare – AMAZING… cooked perfectly. Prime rib at the table, equally perfect, and disappeared in a flash. BBQ chicken was great, as were the chicken fritters, which looked amazing. Thank you Josiah for taking good care of us! KC, keep smiling! Both of you are surely a treasured asset for Texas Roadhouse!

We did an extensive take out order with this TR restaurant. It was prepared quickly and accurately. It was ready on time. The food was excellent. Portions were ample and prices reasonable. This is a very popular restaurant and parking near the restaurant can be tight.
