The place is aesthetically fun. The tables are a bit crowded if you account for travelers that have luggage. The staff is friendly. We were brought the wrong side and they quickly brought the correct one. The food tasted great and they brought out any sauce we could want without having to ask.

It’s a sit down airport restaurant. Don’t be silly with your time management and expect them to rush for you. They have menus available to you before you sit down, read them and order quickly for a more timely experience.

Ordered chili it was great, My server was exceptional. But tension was so thick you could cut with a knife. I overheard disgruntled employees no one was happy. They looked miserable. It all starts at the top. Take care of the employees cause it affects the customers.

I stopped in here looking for something to eat. I did see an omelette on the menu but unfortunately that is a breakfast only option which I think is a very very poor decision because it is something that I think should be an all day option.
On arrival I waited for about 2 minutes before someone came to me and I was duly seated. But then I was presented a plastic forks which I felt for a dine-in experience was underwhelming at best. Plus, not exactly eco-friendly!
The food was quite nice. I got a hot dog with sour coat which tasted very well and unfortunately just presented in the basket. This would be nice perhaps, but that’s just my expectations. So one star was removed from this rating for the fact that we were having plastic forks. I did also remove another star because the pricing on the menu was not there. For example at least beers but there are no price then you have to ask so I feel this is not something that is Customer centric/ customer focused and that is why I have given this to a three star rating. $24 for a hotdog and a beer was quite expensive as well. (and that was excluding tip.)

Unbelievably slow, especially for an airport restaurant. It took 20 minutes to get a table for 1 and order, another 45 minutes to get my food, and the waitress is wanting payment before it even arrives. Kitchen list my order, Asked for crisp bacon, and over easy eggs, didn’t get either and I’d have waited another 30 minutes if I wanted to send it back. Food is blah at best, cooks have no idea how to actually prepare what you order and absolutely NOT worth the wait or the price.

If you’re looking for a great place to grab a quick, tasty, and reasonably priced meal at the airport, Ruby’s Diner is an excellent choice!

I had the avocado toast with eggs, and it was absolutely delicious—fresh ingredients, great flavor, and well served.

The service was outstanding. Our server was very friendly and attentive throughout our visit, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

One of the highlights was the self-checkout system for paying the bill. You can easily review your order and pay through a website directly from your phone—super convenient and efficient.

Overall: great food, friendly service, and modern technology that makes everything easier. Highly recommended if you’re passing through!

Food was flavorless and blah. Skip it and go to Rachel’s or Starbucks instead. Waitress was rude. She dropped the check before we even got our food and we paid it straightaway. She never returned to offer refills on coffee or to check if we needed anything else. Cannot emphasize enough how mediocre the food is. Adorable decor. Terrible food and even worse service.

Toast stone cold, hash browns just “meh” tasting, and plate is cold – not ok!!!

They are working their poor servers to death!! Not ok when a single server has over a dozen tables.
Not her fault that service is slow, they are drowning. Management – FIX THAT!! Also the “order in 3 easy steps” is BS! It wasn’t active until the server opened it up. That needs to be open always.

Service was fabulous. Great place to stop and dine before catching our flight home. I got the breakfast sandwich and my husband got the French toast. Both were excellent options.

We are at the Harry Reid airport early in the morning, sleepy and hungry. We see Ruby’s Diner and hope that we will be able to enjoy a good breakfast. The ambiance is casual with airport setting.

We both ordered a Classic Breakfast. I have the sunny side up eggs with bacon and my daughter has the scrambled eggs and sausage with extra cheese. However, they forgot to use salt and pepper so the breakfast was tasteless! We can’t win this morning. We also ordered a side of French Toast which is just ok. Service is what you expect at an airport. So the final bill was over $60 for a mediocre breakfast. What they say about airport food is so true.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit, as the experience was unfortunately very disappointing and concerning from a service standpoint.

From the moment we were seated, it was clear there was a significant lack of organization among the staff. Multiple waitstaff members were audibly arguing about tables and sections, openly complaining about not wanting to take certain tables, and debating whose responsibility different guests were. This was happening in earshot of guests and created a very uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. Many guests were commenting and saying “I don’t want to be apart of this.”

At several points, servers were approaching newly seated guests and telling them that food would take approximately 35 minutes and asking, “Do you want to stay?” While wait times are understandable, the tone and delivery felt dismissive rather than informative.

Our own server appeared visibly annoyed when we asked basic questions and seemed uninterested in helping. When our food was ready, the kitchen staff repeatedly called for her to run it, but she did not come to the window. We could clearly see our salad and hot dog sitting in the window for roughly 15 minutes while the kitchen staff continued calling for it to be picked up. No one from the team stepped in to help run food during this time.

Eventually, after we pointed out that our food had been sitting there, another staff member noticed and commented, “Oh, of course your server is ___” and then said she would have to microwave the hot dog since it had gone cold.

While we ultimately did receive our food, the entire experience felt chaotic and poorly managed. The lack of teamwork, visible frustration among staff, and the general disorder made the visit feel more like watching a struggling operation than enjoying a meal out.

I’m sharing this feedback because it seems like there may be deeper issues with communication, management, or staffing that are affecting both employees and guests. I hope this can be addressed so future customers have a much better experience.
